Now onward and upward as you like to say.!

We are happy to report that much progress has been made; turning points have been reached. Sizable bank accounts have been frozen and are under investigation having nothing to do with the work at hand but will impact the delay and seizure issues that are on going. Just be aware of the domino effect here and stay the course awhile longer.

The efforts of the concerted ground crew are complicated and the making of a new vision for the future is worth all of this.

Just be patient awhile longer with the matriculations of the manipulators and you will find the road ahead much smoother.

REGARDLESS OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES, THEY ARE ALL STRONG AND EFFECTING MASSIVE CHANGES.

THE ECONOMIES ARE BEING ALTERED IN FRONT OF OUR EYES AS POLITICAL MANOEUVERINGS ARE AT AN ALL TIME HIGH, AND NEW DIRECTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN IN THE WAY THINGS ARE BEING DONE IN THIS WORLD. ONE SUCH SMELL FOR EXAMPLE, IS THE NEW 5G BEING A (SUPPOSED CUTTING EDGE) TECHNOLOGY IN THE SMELLY CATEGORY SINCE IT WAS PASSED WITH ZERO FORMAL STUDIES (LIKE 3 AND 4G HAD TO) AND ZERO REGULATIONS GOVERNING MUCH MORE POWERFUL MICROWAVE RADIATION LIMITS. STRONGER MICROWAVES AND HUMAN/ANIMAL/VEGETABLE TISSUE DO NOT MIX WELL. THE 5G WAS PUSHED THROUGH WITHOUT DISCUSSION OR REGARD TO HUMAN WELFARE OTHER THAN “FASTER AND MORE CONTENT” MARKETING WHILE EVIDENCE WAS DISREGARDED OF HUNDREDS OF DEAD WILDLIFE IN THE TEST ZONES AS WELL AS MANY SICK PEOPLE. THIS IS ALL CATALOGUED AND ACCESSIBLE. HAVE ANY PEOPLE DIED AS A RESULT? I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED.

IT WAS OFFERED THAT THE NORTH AMERICAN 5G IS ACTUALLY NOT THE HARMFUL 5G THAT CHINA IS SUPPOSEDLY DEPLOYING. GUESS WHAT, CHINESE ALSO SAY THAT THEIR 5G IS HARMLESS UNLIKE THE NORTH AMERICAN 5G.

I PUT IT FORWARD THAT BOTH SIDES ARE DISREGARDING THE HARM THE TESTS HAVE CAUSED. THERE IS NO “FINE TUNING” OF A STRONGER MICROWAVE FREQUENCY. IT IS WHAT IT IS. AND WHOEVER DEPLOYS IT IS GUILTY OF DEPLOYING A DEADLY WEAPON AS SHOWN BY EVIDENCE AND THIS AFFECTS EVERY SINGLE LIVING ENTITY ON THIS PLANET. TALK ABOUT SMELLY.

OTHERS MORE QUALIFIED CAN TACKLE THE 5G ISSUE AS THERE ARE RESISTANCE GROUPS OUT THERE DOING WATCHDOG STUFF AND THEIR BITE IS GETTING PRETTY GOOD. OUR DIRECTION IS LOOKING FORWARD TO THE TASKS THAT WILL HAVE TO BE UNDERTAKEN TO PROVIDE FOR THE SURVIVAL AND EVOLUTION OF LIFE, STARTING WITH KIDS AND WATER BUT WE SURE ARE AWARE OF ALL THE STUFF GOING ON OUT THERE.

THE TECHNOLOGIES THAT WILL BE AVAILABLE WILL BE PROVIDED TO ALL PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN. EACH PROJECT CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE IN INCORPORATING THEM IN THEIR EFFORT AS NEEDED. THIS CROSS POLLINATION IS A NORMAL PROCESS OF OUR EFFORT AND ITS TRANSPARENCY IN RESPECT OF SHARING WHAT WE HAVE.

THIS WILL NECESSARILY MEAN THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW CITIES AND COMMUNITIES WITH ALL POSSIBLE TECHNOLOGY TO MAKE SUCH SELF-SUSTAINING ESPECIALLY IN STRESSFUL TIMES. CURRENT AND TO BE RECEIVED TECHNOLOGIES WILL BE MANUFACTURED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TO COVER AS MUCH DISTANCE AS POSSIBLE DURING THE SHORT TIMELINE EXPECTED. AGAIN, PROJECTS INVOLVING SUCH DIRECTIONS WILL BE GIVEN A PRIORITY STATUS BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY MEAN, NOT BY ANY BOTTOM LINE PROFIT PICTURE.

OUR INTAKE SYSTEM IS GEARED FOR BEING ADVENTUROUS AND SECURITY FOCUSED AT THE SAME TIME. THIS EFFORT IS LARGE ENOUGH AS IT IS, AND WE FORESEE IT GETTING MUCH LARGER IN THE COMING YEARS AS WE RALLY TO THE WORK AHEAD OF US ALL. WE HAVE THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE BASE TO THINK OUR WAY OUT OF A WET PAPER BAG, AND I HAVE FAITH THAT WITH THE COMBINED EFFORT OF MANY WE WILL MAKE IT THROUGH IN A PRETTY DECENT WAY.

OF COURSE THE PREPPERS ARE ALREADY THERE AND READY RFOR ANYTHING, AND THAT BY ITSELF WILL BE ANOTHER SURVIVAL ELEMENT THAT WILL WORK FOR A LOT OF FOLK. YOU CAN ALSO STOCK UP BUT OVERDOING RIGHT NOW IS NOT REQUIRED. THE WARNING SIGNS OF THE CHANGES WILL BE AVAILABLE A LONG TIME BEFORE THEY HAPPEN SO THAT WOULD BE THE POINT OF BEING TRULY PREPARED FOR ANYTHING, AND THAT IS MY REFLECTION.

THE THEME OF THE DAY WILL BE SPEED. WE HAVE TO WORK FAST TO BE AS EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE IN GETTING THE NEW CITIES AND COMMUNITIES BUILT OR BUILD UP EXISTING GOOD LOCATIONS. GETTING THE TECHNOLOGIES MANUFACTURED WILL BE THE IMMEDIATE CHALLENGE AS THESE WILL BECOME HIGH DEMAND ITEMS FOR NEW PROJECT INCLUSION, AS WELL AS RETROFIT APPLICATIONS.

WE ARE FORTUNATE THAT THE GOOD GUYS HAVE FORESEEN THESE END TIME DIFFICULTIES AND HAVE MADE PROVISION FOR MANY ORGANIZATIONS TO DO THE WORK DESCRIBED ABOVE. WE ARE GRATEFUL TO BE PART OF THIS ASPECT AND VERY MUCH LOOK FORWARD TO THE SERVICE.

AS IT WAS POINTED OUT TO ME NOTHING KILLS THE EGO LIKE PLAYFULNESS. LIKE LAUGHTER. WHEN YOU START TAKING LIFE AS FUN THE EGO HAS TO DIE.IT CANNOT EXIST ANYMORE IN THE FOREFRONT AND THAT MAKES FOR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MINDSET – ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY.

DID YOU KNOW?

The term “Pari Passu “(Latin for in equal step) and its relevance to International Financial Documents and Sovereign Bond Debt and their liabilities.

The notion of ranking equally (Pari Passu) comes from bankruptcy. When a company goes bankrupt and its assets are liquidated, the creditors who rank equally get proportional shares. The complication with sovereigns though is that they cannot and do not go bankrupt. They can run out of money, but they cannot be taken over and liquidated by their creditors when their primary asset is the willingness of their citizens to pay taxes. Citizens cannot be seized and then proportionately divided among its creditors

The Pari Passu clause has been around in sovereign debt bond contracts for a couple of centuries. Through the 1800s and 1900s its use gradually increased but it was still in a minority of all sovereign bonds. In today’s modern era there is almost no sovereign bond that doesn’t include the Pari Passu clause.

Simply put, when the Pari Passu clause appears in bond verbiage, all creditors must be paid equal and proportionately. You couldn’t pay one creditor and stiff another. This is important for all bond holders and gives them the entitlement to be made whole.

How do these default sovereign bonds work and what are the liabilities of the country that issued them? For the sake of explanation, we will use the Mexican Black Eagle.

The Mexican Black Eagle

The newly independent nation of Mexico successfully listed its first sovereign bond on the London Stock Exchange in 1824. With a war ravaged economy and lack of diplomatic recognition, Mexico was a risky credit, a fact reflected in the 9.14% yield-to-maturity it had to pay for the 1824 loan. The loan was well received by the stock market, however, and began trading on the LSE at 69% of par, a considerable premium above its IPO (Initial Public Offering) price of 58, and reached a high of 83 by February 1825. Confidence gained by the success of its 1824 issue and formal diplomatic recognition by the United Kingdom, Mexico returned to the London market with another bond offering in 1825. The 1825 loan had essentially identical terms to the 1824 loan23 and was issued with a yield of 6.81% similar to the yield of United States debt trading on the London Stock Exchange at the time.

Mexico defaulted on both issues in October 1827. Over the next sixty-one years bondholders were forced to agree to six restructuring attempts before a final resolution in 1888. With each attempted restructuring bondholders accepted haircuts in face value or interest in exchange for promises that this time the Mexican government would pay, only to be disappointed. As a result Mexico found itself unable to list new bonds on the exchanges of the United States and Europe and was forced to rely instead on domestic borrowing to fund its budget deficits throughout the 1830’s.

The “internal debt “of Mexico took the form of short term borrowing, forced loans or mortgages against future revenue streams. Mexico mortgaged future custom revenues by issuing certificates that paid interest and were accepted in payment of custom revenues. Forced loans and custom certificates were only a temporary solution. Due to a standing army and other internal debt liabilities that drained the treasury, Mexico found itself once again restructuring its sovereign debt and offering haircuts to creditors holding its bond issues. From 1824 to 1840 bond liabilities (guaranteed by the customs house) were rolled from one issue to the next. The debt from the 1820 issue was rolled to the debt of the 1824 issue then the 1824 issue was rolled to the 1827 issue and continued several times until landing in the 1843 - 27500 Black Eagle Issue.

This is primarily how almost all sovereign bond issues work. A bond is issued to fund a particular agenda, such as infrastructure, social development, government expansion, and modernization initiatives and so on. All these bonds and other sovereign debt instruments, in some form, are backed or guaranteed by western banks and financial institutions or, like Mexico, its custom revenues.

As in the Black Eagle, these sovereign debt liabilities are rolled forward and the liability distributed across multiple financial instruments or revenue mechanisms (i.e. currency, treasury notes, customs, tariffs, taxes. Interest rates, other bond issues), but never wholly resolved. (Imagine the complexity of determining the compensation values of those who hold the original issue of these debt instruments).

These outstanding default sovereign debt liabilities are still realized in the import-export taxes and tariffs which in turn is what dictates global trade, manufacturing and ultimately pricing which in turn controls Balance of Payments, sovereign debt balances, trade deficits, treaties and trade agreements.

Whether you know it or not as our global financial community has redistributed, prolonged or hidden the debt they have created, the brunt of the liability of that debt gets spread out on the shoulders of the populations unknowingly and effects pretty much every aspect of our lives. The Pari Passu clause, either by verbiage or spirit, is a universally accepted understanding, that all creditors must be paid equal and proportionately and we the people are the creditors. It is the fundamental basis why everyone holding currencies or Historical Assets is being paid equal and proportionately, not just those of position or elite status.

As a result it has been determined to offset and eliminate the unresolved debt obligations to level the playing field thus allowing all sovereigns an equal opportunity for economic development and in turn relieve or eliminate global poverty and financial instability.

This is not a simple matter and has been decades in its development. To make all aware of just how complex and deep these events are, consider the following.

The powers to be must :

1. Create the money (hedged against an asset based collateral)

2. Create a delivery system for the funds (Basil III, banking reform, CIPs (Cross-border International Payment System) RPS (Russian Payment System) and other numerous Data Delivery Systems or Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), created by several counties to upgrade and reform the SWIFT payment system,

3. Oversight of the distributed funds i.e. (QFS/Blockchain Tech).

Everything suggests we should see the release of these funds in the very near future and we can begin the work ahead for project deployment and do our part in curing our humanity.
