Please be patient as we belabored many points. There are numerous areas that concerns your peers and all sojourns; those concerns run from politics to medical, to

educational, to socialism, to banking, to health and safety . Many areas that are at the mercy of people whom you no longer trust nor know how to dispute them nor erase them. Those are just some of the areas. We agree that it looks very different and nothing like you thought that you would live in and through. Nor did we but we have the advantage of seeing it unfold and watching as no one missed a beat nor tried to derail it. No one!! Not your presiding elders nor the folk elected to offices, nor the military, let alone local politicians. We see that and more. It seems to be a dilemma that no one is willing to discuss. But we will !!

Many of these issues were growing in the dark, building and creating their own toxic yeast raising . All of this has to come to the light of day and to be seen for what it is. There are many who do care and who do want to establish a base line for what is decent, legal, helpful and worthwhile.

There are voices coming to the forefront; pay attention to those and listen to your own insides as to who is speaking to truth. The relevant ones will be heard such as the young man fro Alabama, who is reminding people far and near that military regs are different from civil. He knows his basics and you can learn from paying attention. These things have to be seen for what they are: the burgeoning darkness has become like a deep dark fog engulfing the masses .

Many are still not willing to read nor search beneath all the propaganda that is being unleashed, and so much of it is pure hogwash but where are the critical thinkers who can decipher this hogwash from the real agendas going forth?

Klaus will be handled just like any other fanatic; he must be stopped frementing at the mouth, from trying to lead, from having a voice, from doing the treasonous things that he says he wants to achieve.

He is being watched and he will be contained; how and when is not for us to share but he isn’t operating as a lone power voice without being monitored.

The money you asked about is where it has always been: in the houses of central bankers who do not plan to have it moved from their clutches. For now that is the answer.

Continue your vigil and do the things that you can do, always do what you can, but do not buy into the negativity that keeps being fed into the rumor mill of information. All of the doomsday sayers are not correct; be assured of that. As much as they have usurped the faith and the equanimity of the populace, they will be contained as well.

Be real; be sincere, be alerted to all the ways that many unwilling peers are busy trying to push things aside and trying to get back to a normal life. Won’t happen; normal isn’t what it used to be;

it changed when you were all asleep to the underground goings on and the need for power that drives so many of these people.

US Supreme Court ruling hardly anyone noticed that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. won the case against all the pharmaceutical lobbyists. Covid vaccines are not vaccines. In the ruling, the Supreme Court confirms that the damage caused by Covid mRNA gene therapies is irreparable.

As the Supreme Court is the highest court in the United States, there are no further appeals and the appeals have been exhausted. Robert F. Kennedy emphasized in an initial statement that this was a success that was only possible thanks to the international cooperation of a large number of lawyers and scientists.

Of course, this judgment opens up something internationally, especially here in Switzerland, this judgment should make waves, because Switzerland has a special position here with its federal constitution. On the one hand, the Nuremberg Codex in the constitution with Article 118b, and the misuse of genetic engineering in humans is prohibited in Switzerland, according to Article 119 of the Federal Constitution. This is supplemented by Article 230bis of the Criminal Code,... Thus, the perpetrators risk up to 10 years in prison. THE PROJECT SIDE IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT TO BEGIN IN THESE TIMES, AND IT IS UP TO US TO FLOW IN THAT DIRECTION. THE MEDICAL TYRANNY MAY TRY TO AFFECT THESE EFFORTS THROUGH MORE LOCKDOWNS AND OTHER DRACONIAN MEASURES, BUT IT MAY BE THAT ALL PEOPLE WILL SEE THROUGH THIS TYPE OF CORRUPTION AND JUST SAY NO AND KEEP TO THE RECONSTRUCTION WORK. TIME WILL TELL.

MEANWHILE, STAY SAFE AND KEEP YOUR STOCKS OF DRY FOOD UP THERE. BE SURE YOU HAVE A SUPPLY OF WATER AS THAT HAS THE POTENTIAL OF UNDERMINING MANY AN EFFORT. We see a lot of chatter and reference to the Basel Accords with respect to banks having to be Basel IV (also referred to as Basel 3.1) compliant in order for the GCR to go through. But what exactly does that mean? How is it relevant for a GCR to implement? Has it been Implemented and when?

First a brief history and statistics. In 1974 The Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) was formed. It brought together central banks and bank regulators around the world to formulate rules for more effective international bank supervision. There are currently 45 members from 28 countries that make up the BCBS. ( All BRICS nations sit on the BCBS) members are The BCBS basically works for the Bank of International Settlements (BIS). The BIS is owned by 63 central banks that control 95% of the global GDP (there are 200 plus central banks globally) .

Basel IV is the latest in a series of accords intended to bring greater stabilization and stability to the worldwide banking systems. It began in 1988 with Basel 1, requiring banks to hold 8% of their risk to weighted assets or RWA (which is a ratio of how much they can loan out compared to how much assets they have to hold to do the loans) by the end of 1992 . Adjustments were made to that framework and introduced in 2004 with Basel II which required the banks to maintain a reserve of 8% but at least half of that (4%) had to be Tier 1 capital ( like gold). After the worldwide financial crisis of 2007-2008 showed the risk-mitigation measure of Basels 1 and II to be inadequate, the Committee started work on Basel III , which began in 2009 and was originally scheduled to begin implementation by a target date of 2015. The target date was pushed to Jan 1st 2022 and then pushed to Jan 1st 2023. According to the BIS website Basel IV (3.1) is currently active (except for the production base, which is phased and will only take full effect on Jan 1st, 2027)

Among other changes , Basel III increased the Tier 1 capital requirements from 4% to 6% raising the total capital requirements to as much as 13%. Basel III emphasized that these Tier 1 capital requirements should be kept in gold. Basel IV is the final reform of Basel III.

Of the 45 members from 28 countries that make up the BCBS, Vietnam, Zimbabwe and Iraq are not among them or represented (Indonesia is a committee member) And these are the main currencies of value in the GCR. If these countries want their currencies to be accepted and mingle with global banking ( Which controls 95% of the global banking system) they must adopt the Basel Accords. Understand that adapting the Basel Accords is voluntary and once adopted, must follow the criteria laid out in the accord.

Vietnam has proactively piloted Basel III and Basel IV. Zimbabwe adopted Basel 1 in 1995, Basel II in 2021 and Basel III in 2019 but are muddling through achieving compliance. Most of the private banks in Iraq are not interested in complying with the risk-weighted asset (RWA) requirements in Basel III and now Basel IV. Indonesia is in, Vietnam is in, Zimbabwe is working on it but Iraq is fighting it. If the IQD is to exchange globally and co-mingle with global banking they have to adopt Basel IV (3.1) and that has not happened yet.
