Please read carefully the requirement implementing section for the Bill of Rights to Amend, actually control the constitution. Amend means to alter after the fact.

I agree something happened between the end I’d the so called Civil War and the mid 1870s.
What ever that happening was does not alter the original documents nor government powers. This is because when something is not in absolute compliance under the four corners it is void, not merely voidable.
These void actions and the current results are a fraud.
A fraudulent contract is not a contract.

Any one buying into a void position may only expect void results.
