I was asked last week in a conference call with some supposed X-Perts, to explain why I refused to recognize any one as an American National. After I finished my delivery it got real quiet. Why would I give credence to a fraud?

My first comments on the question.
When you all are defining your selves by and from the definitions, procedures, terms and conditions you all say you are attempting to escape from, the corrupted deep state operations you believe control you, is that the very strong indication that your confusion boarders on insanity and you have perfected self imposed slavery by the very definition of American National, given who created the term?

What’s wrong with defining your political, legal and commercial standings from and by our countries foundational documents?

If you seek safe harbor in public servants definition of your positions did you abandon the right to define your self as you decide?

Why would any one ever trust the government to define the People and our legal relationships to it, given the existing public records of its performance?

Challenge everything til there are no more challenges available usually constructs a pretty good understanding of the issues.

This Monograph is presented in context of a gift. The gift is the concept of critical thinking in the context of FEAR driving so many good Americans to seek escape from a throughly corrupted public servant corps.

Fraud and corruption thrive only when those affected by the fraud and corruption do nothing to address the situation with intent to resolve the problem. This is the escapist position which in essence and function bolsters the fraud and corruption to even greater controls.

NOW, some simple common sense and logic applied to the premise that the position, American National, politically or legally, could never even exist in context of our American Republic.

MAJOR PREMISE. When an American fails or refuses to define their political, legal and commercial standings and capacities in context of and relationship to our countries founding documents, some public servant systemite will define them under definitions created by servants to control the Masters, the People.

PROOF OF FACT VERIFYING MAJOR PREMISE. There is no delegation of authority or power cited in the People’s constitutions authorizing our public servants operating in any governmental capacity, allowing the servants to DEFINE in any manner whatsoever, the People’s standings or capacities or legal relationship to governments We created.
Public record proof is contained in the legislative sections of the People’s constitutions.

No one can identify any power or authority for any government of any level in this country, allowing government to define the People’s political, legal or commercial relationships to governments We created!

MINOR PREMISES.

1. We as a People are not identified in these law making actions as subjects nor objects to which legislative authorities apply.
   
2. Powers delegated by the States to be administered by the United States Government are specific and no legislative section recognizes the legislature as holding powers to expand the specifically identified authorities.
   
3. No branch of government, either state or federal, is granted by constitution authorities or powers to define the People, our political, legal or commercial relationships, in any manner whatsoever.
   
4. The United States Code is NOT law. 1 USC § 113, official statutes and publish; § 201 prima facie of law, statutes in accord with constitution, code restatement.
   
5. Title 8 United States Code, Aliens and Nationality is valid exercise of legislative powers found at Article I section 8 clause 4, uniform Rule of Naturalization, which does not identify natural born Americans. Only immigrants are recognized.
   
6. Attempting to use Immigration and Naturalization laws to define ones legal relationship to government, when the countries foundational documents provide perfect identification of citizens beginning with the Declaration of Independence, appears to try to invalidate the original foundations of our country.
   
7. The foundational documents created by the People do not address the People in any capacity simply because the People, none of us, holds power to define another American, therefore as individuals we could not empower a government with authorities we do not own.
   
8. Consent of the governed is based on the right to choose. No one holds the right to make choices for another.
   
9. The premise of required escape into the American National persona, is that the corruption of government operations admits first the corruption and second it is known.
   
10. Knowing of the perversions of the broken system and then defining ones political, legal and commercial capacities from that systems operational manual is generally recognized as insanity.<>/ol>

    CONCLUSION. Any American defining themselves as an American National, consciously descended from the Peoples Master position over governments We created, to the level of the public servant; then gave the servants the right to define them; then upon acceptance of the servants defining of political and legal standing in relation to governments, admitted they abandoned the Rights of the People, the right of consent to be governed; then created the binding result that admits SUBJECT STATUS under title of American National.

    The term ‘American National’ taken as a personal identifier, is the admission and confession of being a subject controlled by alleged public servants, systemites, definitions of who they control. Self imposed SLAVERY of a political nature.

    The really sad fact is that the foundational documents provide us with all the tools and the full power of the law of the people to define ourselves in relation to the governments that the people created and to every public servant systemite that gets a paycheck backed by the people’s labor moved in commerce called money collected by TAX.
