Thanks. :) I see the USC defines national this way: "The term “national” means a person owing permanent allegiance to a state."

I would expect that those who would refer to themselves as "American nationals" may intend it to signify not a permanent allegiance to any functional structure, but, instead, a connection to the land commonly referred to as America.

I've been aware of Richard McDonald for a long time and have no objection to his use of the term "state Citizen". However, there are those who hold that the term "citizen" or "Citizen" indicates a status inferior to some functional construct (e.g., a state).

Thank you for the as always good questions inviting dialogues seeking understanding and resolution. Links below may illuminate.

First. The name of the People’s country is the United States of America. This political entity, country, which is created by the States United under confederation. Article VII Constitution, perfected under Article VI section 1.

The United States is not a country nor is it a state. Thus, no such thing as a United States citizen is possible
The USA holds limited powers granted to it by the states. No where in the grants of powers is the state Citizen capacity transferred to the USA via the states constitution of the States United.
The USA is the representative entity for the states with other nations.

The term 'United States' may be used in any one of several senses. It may be merely the name of a sovereign occupying the position analogous to that of other sovereigns in the family of nations. It may designate the territory over which the sovereignty of the United States extends, or it may be the collective name of the states which are united by and under the Constitution.”

Precision and clarity is required in political, legal and commercial issues. Which context are we discussing? With out that clarity assumption controls.

I refer to my self as a state Citizen.

Second: In my world I define my self. If I allow some one else, or a governmental entity to define me or my political, legal, or commercial capacities, am I what I defined or what another defined?

Being that all government on the land, venue, of America was created by We the People, that means We are the superior.

Why would I consider leaving my position and contractual, political, legal and commercial standing to one defined by those filling the function of public servants?

Claiming or operating under another’s definition, particularly that of servants, of who and what I am are seems pretty conclusive that I am what the those definitions say. If not, why not? Particularly when there is no other public record defining Me and my standing at capacities in my terms.

Because a government or government servant makes a mistake or even intentionally misidentifies me or any other American, does not change the principles, facts, laws and procedures memorialized in black and white on paper public records creating our Country.

Any one believing public servants can define the Master in context of We the People creating governments to serve our country, is a SLAVE in their own mind and heart. Then adding insult to injury selling their raw sewage as prime fertilizer recognizes them as either insane or something much, much worse.

I have my public records defining my capacities and they are never challenged.

Third. The term American National seems to be a creation of what I call patridiots, or patriot idiots. What makes this point so interesting is that these characters have access to the same documents I do, and yet refuse to apply the dictionary, logic and common sense to the reconstructions they pass off as gospel.

There is no country named America. Thus, the term American National has no political, legal or any other standing recognized among the nations, our States, nor our States United, known law or theory of law.

These American National characters seem to believe they have the right to be on the venue of my country, claim its jurisdictions that protect the people and then claim they are separate and superior from where they claim their authorities came from, because they define themselves as American Nationals.
