HIERARCHY OF GOVERNMENT
This Monograph is presented in conjunction with and in clarification of, WHO DO GOVERNMENT ACTORS WORK FOR, THE PEOPLE OR SOME ONE ELSE? This presentation of facts and logical process is intended to clarify our relationships to Creation and governments, open the probability of resolution to our countries confusions. The basics always control.
The basics of the American form and forums of government starts with the Declaration of Independence. Natures God and the Laws of Nature, the source recognized by the men presenting a foundation from which to express Consent of the Governed.
The simple logic here fits the time honored principles and declarations in the good People’s founding documents creating government structures to serve us.
Almost all people believe there is a Creator. It matters not what any individual or group of individuals calls the Creator. A rose is still a rose no matter what it is called. The Creator is much like the rose, sometimes very stickery, yet always the Creator.
The fundamental point is that once we all agree there is a Creator, we have common ground. This principle is the foundation of the Declaration of 1776, and the following government construction documents called Confederation and then Constitution.
Please review the following chart carefully. Plug in the flow of authority found in to our countries foundational documents. Then please ask yourself one question. WHO DO GOVERNMENT ACTORS WORK FOR, THE PEOPLE OR SOME ONE ELSE?
When a judge or governor or legislator say they work for the people in the people’s offices in the Peoples’ Republic, yet are paid in private money owned by the Federal Reserve, who do they work for, the People or the federal Reserve?
We have asked this question to over 1000 Americans. All identified the Federal Reserve as the employer to whom our alleged public servants serve loyally.
The authors wish that every reader first understand their true relationship to and with government. Then, learn to exercise the powers of the good People for the betterment of all of us, Americans first, then our brothers and sisters around the world.
THE FLOW OF ENERGY CREATING ALL LIFE RESULTING IN OUR GOVERNMENTS.
- CREATOR, the source of all energy making up all substance.
- CREATION, the world or dimension or whatever we mere humans inhabit. A gift of Creator.
- ME, a self recognized being of consciousness called human, recognizing I AM the created. A gift from Creator.
- US, a group of me’s doing something together. We the People.
- OUR AGREEMENTS. This is how we get along together. In context of the American adventure in self government, the CONTRACT we agreed to. DECLARATION OF 1776, notice to the world that the good People are no longer subjects of earthly powers such as Kings or Popes. Further, that our Creator instructs us as Americans to form governments. The first CONTRACT, done in our name and by our authority of the good People.
- CONSTITUTIONS, constructing artificial persons called States, PUBLIC TRUSTS, acting as governments, for holding legalized force, to serve and protect each the People under our original CONTRACT.
- GOVERNMENTS, States, the administrative bodies created by Constitution to execute our CONTRACTS.
- BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENTS, Legislative, Judicial, Executive functions to administer limited and specified powers of each of us individually as joined severally through CONTRACT, Constitutions. Rights Reserved from government in the First Article.
- NATIONAL GOVERNMENT. State Governments act as creator, first to the the Confederation, a perpetuity, binding the States, then the the Constitution for the United States of America, the management Contract for the States, recognizing the Confederation, for providing specific services to the States for the People as Beneficiaries requiring the general welfare of the People be the first and highest order of government business. SPECIAL PURPOSE LIMITED TRUST.
- FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. United States Government created to serve the States administratively, in service to the People, organized under Legislative, Judicial, Executive functions to administer limited and specified powers as assigned and limited in the Contract between the States, called our Constitution for the United States of America. The. Result of the People’s National Constitution. SERVICE PROVIDER.
- PUBLIC SERVANTS. Individual Americans accepting the privilege to serve the People by honorable administration of of the People’s powers defined by Constitutions which each voluntarily indentured themselves to, for which each is well paid.
- Paid for services are absolutely owed and failure by any public servant to provide services, and proof of services promised, verified by public record, is a personal act for which that public servant is personally liable, with no defense possible.
- Both the State and National governments have waived immunity in Tort. Filing a charge as in a civil action law suit in the individual public servants name means no government attorney can represent them and if government attempts to represent the defendant a TORT claim properly processed and noticed to indemnifying insurance companies, the government will be cancelled by the sureties.
No surety can be provided for constitutional TORTS.
CONCLUSION
Every public servant whether elected, appointed, employed or contracted with government, that operates under the name or under banner of government in any form whatsoever is bound by personal FIDELITY BOND to serve the People’s Original Jurisdictions set as fact and law by constitution controlled by Declaration of Rights and Bill of Rights.
FIDELITY means loyalty and service too. BOND in the context of fidelity means that some form of obligation is in place to make whole those damaged by public servants failures to perform and prove from public records the specific performance required was provided.
EXAMPLE
The People’s construction of governments NEVER granted powers to any office or officer serving government to take an active control or management over any Citizens body.
That means any public servant attempting to control a citizens body, or entice a citizen to forfeit the right to choose how We the People treat our bodies, commits a constitutional TORT.
SLAVERY or the enticement into SLAVERY is a TORT and a crime.
SLAVERY is not having control over your personal health choices.
When public servants and licensed entities operating under government regulation use their official positions to mislead and deceive, that is enticement under color of official right.
