Thank you so much for this piece. I know now that 'hearing' it is exactly why I came to join you all. It is both confirmation and NEW information that I sorely needed about The Process.

In my own journey, the only way I could get rid of the fear was to make the Roof Brain Chatter stop 'threatening' me constantly. In order to do that, I learned how to focus on No-thing or I guess what is known as 'meditation'. It felt so good for the brief moment I could hold Mind in this magical place, that I kept returning there again and again.

After some very many years of living in this sort of split way, I still had not gotten rid of the fear except in those moments which had by now become increasingly longer. (I could go in and out of it for several hours at a time)

Finally, and recently, I began to say to myself that all I wanted to do was go into that space and never return because I simply could not stand to live in the fear any longer. I guess I just didn't want to. So each morning, I would go into my 'meditation' and try to make mind 'hold itself permanently' in that 'place'.
BUT that Inner 'voice' kept 'bursting through' and saying the oddest thing: 'Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater!'. I wasn't sure what it meant so I kept 'thrashing about' mentally and emotionally trying to figure out what it was talking about.

In the meantime, on the physical side of things, something kept 'pushing' me to become a News Agent on your site, even though I hadn't a clue as to what that really meant. Now you are telling me something that I really needed to hear: Why I shouldn't throw the 'baby' of developing Mind out with the 'bathwater' of the Roof Brain Chatter garbage.

In other words, now that I at least have begun to get a handle on "fear", that VERY Fear that has developed Mind into something quite different than what it started out to be, it is time to role up my sleeves and go to work. Not in any overt sense, but wherever It leads.

What might be surmised here is that the Spirit side of the brain must be exercised to match the Language side before the two can really work together. It is our error that we seek either one to the exclusion of the other. Indeed, one can't help but think that the outside world as we see it today is built almost entirely on man excluding the development of the Spirit side. But to go to the Spirit side and shut off what is already developed on the Language side would be just as 'bad' since it is the ultimate integration of the two that revolutionizes human consciousness.
