Oliver, That is a great story.

Several years ago, I was taught how to do one of the Temple Dances. It is very slow, similar to Tai Chi movements. I gave a lecture shortly afterwards, and at the end of the lecture, I made everyone stand up and I taught them how to do the dance.

It was a wonderful way to end a lecture about crime, corruption, murder and other such things.

The dance I was taught evokes a sound similar to a chant -- but more like a song. I made a recording of the group. It was the first time any of us were together, but the singing sounded like a church organ.

There is something to this -- wouldn't it be nice if a dance couldchange the world. This reminds me a little of Arthur Clarks "Childhood's End" a book that follows 2001.
