So how does it work, warmer currents of air flow to displace colder regions? With the use of HAARP, regions can be HEATED and thus cause a flow. The desired weather for a particular region can be entered into the Super Computer that controls the transmitters (yes, there are super computers that were shipped to Alaska for the HAARP project when it first went on line) and the radiation from the HAARP station can be directed along the path that will create the proper "flow" to the target area.

The computers will also input to the transmitters the correct modulated frequency which will "resonate" the altitude which would have the most effect on the desired weather pattern/type.

The concept is fairly simple and basic. After enough "trial and error", the computer shaping of the weather can attain an high degree of success. The "Heater" is the electromagnetic waves transmitted from HAARP and BEAMED to the areas which will create the proper weather and then DIRECT it to the target area -- and there you have the redirection of the jetstreams or any other "flow" in the atmosphere which is useful in controlling/creating the desired weather to the targeted zone. -- Quit a weapon.
