It is very easy to check if the ocean currents have been modified. Check the data on the flow patterns of the Jet streams for the last thirty years or so, and compare it with earliest data.

If there has been a change in its flow, then the ocean currents have been modified, and "winter" global heating can be attributed to nuclear environment effects not the green house effect of co2.

The effect of the jet stream on weather modification is like playing with a gun with a hair trigger. This should not be played with at any cost!

The coupling effects assiciated the green house effect may have had a trememdous negative effect on the earths atmosphere...another unplanned messup and cover up. The public should know the truth.

The weather modification caused altering the jet stream was caused by exploding H-bombs on the ocean floor and changing the ground topography and thereby altering the ocean currents flow.

In the global heating phenomena, the carbon dioxide diffusses into the atmoshpere and we have a homogeneous effect over the whole earth which would mean hotter summer, winter, spring and fall overall.

Using this type of weather modification allow the USA to have mild winters, but at the expense of other land masses on the earth. This is nuclear environmental warfare.
