Von Monke: It could be possible that the drought is engineered... and if so, why?

The sky would be the limit for speculation on why the government WOULD or DOES do anything. One thing is for certain, anything it does consciously is intended to gain more power (or control) over the people.

One possible scenario for a drought would be a case to prove Global Warming. Al Gore, the "Environmental Candidate" is running for president this year. He might be able to use a drought to his advantage while campaigning. He could claim it was the Global Warming phenomena and that if elected president will take the United States back to the stone ages and eliminate Global Warming.

This may sound bizarre, but the random attacks and murders on peoples all over that planet in the past few years which were initiated by Bill Clinton to draw attention away from his sexual escapades evidences the complete lack of credibility for the well being of mankind in general when personal agenda's need to be advanced or protected. Al Gore is of the same ilk and the administration that he is a part of could dictate the operating practices of the HAARP station.

Of course the "other party" is not innocent either. Bush Senior has made a few trips to his grateful friends in Kuwait in the recent past. Notably just before the OPEC meetings in which Kuwait, being the leader of the meeting, announced the restriction of oil production intended to supply foreign countries. The fuel prices are rising and Kuwait has announced that the prices will most likely remain HIGH through the summer.

This is enough time to aggravate the population of the U.S. about the current administration's inability to solve the fuel pricing problem. Inflation will create high prices in the marketplace and it will be a disgruntled voter who enters the voting booth this fall.

So both "parties" are capable of placing the American populous into uncomfortable situations or even hazordous ones if they deem it beneficial to effect their own individual goals. -- Is the "drought" caused by HAARP?
