How do you modify weather and long term climate effects? Can we use this on our enemies? These were questions asked during the Cold War. Edward Teller and company (LLL) believed everything could be solved with the H-bomb.

In fact, we had a program called PlowShare in the 50's or early 60's to mine natural gas in Colorado using H-Bombs. The blast would create a large cavern underground, and the natural gases would migrate from the underground fissures into this cavern, then according to Teller, we could pump it out in a cost effective way.

Well the government spent millions on Teller's idea. However the gas was found to be radioactive so the project was scrapped.

I also remember the project to explode hydrogen bombs as a means of propulsion for spaceships....again the boys at LLL and Teller's group...scrapped again.

I also remember, the case of K. Seigel of KMS industries, and Teller's and John Nicholl's treatment of KMS and Seigel's death while testifing before the Joint Committe on Atomic Energy and dying before the eyes of Senator Emmanuel Pastore of Rhode Island...claiming he was bankrupt by LLL and company. This is the present laser fusion program at LLL. It is and continues to be a complete failure since 1972.

I understand, there was a recent murder at LLL of a staff member, and whistleblower concerning the present program, and its cost overruns and being especially behind schedule. (The murder occured within the last year--that's all I know about it.)

This gives the reader an idea of how LLL is run--now to weather modification.

Climatic changes are controlled by the movement of the jet stream, and the movenment of the jet stream is controlled by the ocean currents...like the japanese current, gulf current etc.

The idea--how do we control the ocean currents? Well, change the topography of the ocean floors. Now how do we do this? Well lets explode H-bombs under the ocean. This will effect the ocean's ground topography and consequently the movements of the ocean currents. Now find key locations on the ocean floor, and do it.

Normally computer simulations are done for nuclear explosions. If they made some mistakes in the simulation codes then did the explosions we have problems.

Do we make mistakes in codes that cause problems in big programs. The answer is yes. Overt examples, the Hubble telescope; and not so well known, I remember in the 1970s a factor of 2 was missing in a very very Critical code for a missile defense ...luckily it was caught.(The last two examples were not caused by LLL)

This is just a possible scenario for weather modification.....Messups and coverups are the norm not the exception at LLL.
