This article was posted before but it was lost. Readers are asking me about "good" salt, so I re post the salt article.

Probably all of you readers are at least familiar with the “studies” on the evils of salt.
Was it ever or is it still true of this “salt is bad for you” indoctrination?

There was an American study where this individual fed salty food to rats and the rats developed high blood pressures then died.
Conclusion: “Salt is bad for you”.
This is what most of the people heard of but very few heard that this “study” included a species of rats that were sensitive to salt in the first place. Additionally, the amount of salt that were fed to these rats, were equivalent in the ratio as if a human would of consumed one pound of salt every day. Is there anybody who doesn't see any “problem” here?

Historically, the Romans paid their soldiers in salt. Salt were more valuable than gold! Did you know that?

Not too many people know but there are two different kinds of salts and I don't mean “Kosher” and “Sea” salts.
When one analyzes seawater, it is clear that there are two different salts are in it.
One is “Natrium Chloride” and the other is “Kalium Chloride” a.k.a. “potassium”. The ratio of these two in sea water is 30:1. There is thirty times more Natrium Chloride in sea water than Kalium Chloride.

There is a catch here, regarding “sea salt” you buy in the store though! In the sea salt you buy in the stores, the ratio is not the same 30:1 as it is in sea water. It has more Kalium Chloride in it.
There is no “official” explanation to this! You can draw your own conclusion in this matter after you read the rest below.

It happened to be that Natrium Chloride is the “good” salt and Kalium Chloride is the “bad” salt. But ONLY when the ratio of 30:1 is broken!!!
For example: Do you know how do the heart surgeons stop the heart before a heart surgery?
They inject Kalium into the blood and a few seconds later the heart stops.

Have you heard of the infamous “assassination drug” of mimicked heart attacks? I don't know the exact amount that is necessary to cause the “heart attack” death, but if a perfectly healthy individual is injected with only 4.5 grams of Kalium, the individual starts to have heart malfunction. And most importantly, Kalium is untraceable in the body. I think there was a serial killer called “dark angel??” who injected Kalium into his victims.

Go to your health food store or drug store and try to buy pure “Natrium Chloride”. See if you can! It is banned at least in some countries in Europe. You can buy plenty of Kalium though! Beware of Kalium Cyanide!

If you want “good” salt, you have to buy it from either Transylvania or from the Himalayas. Perhaps there are other places but the key is to keep the 30:1 ratio between the two!
An interesting fact that the Royalty of England is the 80% “owner” of the Transylvania salt mines.

Conclusion: eat a lot of bananas that is rich in Potassium/Kalium. You'll make your “overlords”, health and pharmaceutical companies very happy!
On the other hand, if you want to have better health you have now, eat “good” salt a.k.a. Natrium Chloride and keep the ratio of 30:1.
By the way, if you are a vegetarian, your “good” salt intake is not sufficient enough.
