The following is from an article on the Habsburg Dynasty found at Dagobert's Revenge magazine, (http://dagobertsrevenge.com), an online (and printed) magazine devoted to matters concerning royal bloodlines:

The last Habsburg Emperor, Charles I was banished from Austria by the new Austrian Republic in 1919 for refusing to relinquish his hereditary claims. He made two abortive attempts to regain the throne in 1921, and then died in exile. His eldest son, Archduke Otto von Habsburg is the current HRH (Head of the Royal House), and has been allowed to return to Austria as a private citizen. He is now a resident of Germany, however, and is an elected representative to the European Parliament. He and his son, Karl von Habsburg, have been at the forefront of the push for a United Europe, as well as a global government. In fact, he is the President of the Society for the United States of Europe. He holds the titles "Duke of Lorraine and King of Jerusalem." The current head of the Spanish House of Habsburg in Felipe Juan, born 1968.

This, of course, would seem to directly contradict the frequent asertions made by Rayelan, host of this forum, to the effect that the Hapsburgs (or Habsburgs) are in the forefront of opposition to global government and what has become known as the New World Order. Raye, can you explain the contradiction?

As for the Templars, there seem to be several groups even in Scotland who say they are the real Templars. Prince Michael of Albany, the Stewart Pretender to the British throne and would-be King of Scots, says that he is, by birth, the "Knight Grand Commander of the Chivalric Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem" i.e. the Knights Templar. Note: Prince Michael is a close associate of Laurence Gardner, author of "Bloodline of the Holy Grail". I note that his is a different organizational name than the "Militi Templi Scotia", whose spokesman says that they, as the real Templars, support UN sovereignty over the Jerusalem holy sites.

Will the real Templars please stand up?
