DEA invisibility tech in Peru

Hobie I am sending you a letter I wrote to some senators to get my story out and another article I wrote with a lot of sarcasm to again tell my story and what new technology the DEA got their hands on. They are actively using this technology here in Peru and completely destroyed my life with it please get this out to as many people as you can. I doubt I will make it much longer here please do not let my death be in vane tell this story. If possible get this to as many sites as you can you have my full permission. The world needs to be told about this technology and how it is being used.

Dear Senator

I am an American living in Peru, I have a Peruvian wife, and our first baby girl just turned 1. I was trying to s build a life for myself and my family in Iquitos Peru when I came to the attention of the DEA, and they began an investigation into me for Narcotrafficking. The DEA started an investigation into me at the beginning of December 2018. They deploying secret technology that I have never heard of Before including Holographic projectors, A type of device that allows them to move slightly out of phase with this dimension, allowing them to become invisible and untouchable. They also use technology that allows them to climb up walls hang on ceilings. This investigation has been ongoing for 4 months now.

An investigation into me for narcotrafficking in no way bothers me as long as it is done legally, after four months of there investigation they have found no wrongdoing, but the living hell they have made my life continues.

From the start of this investigation they showed that they did not in any way care about following any kind of law. They had the power to spy invisible and so obviously believed themselves to be above the law. Any laws on privacy and property were completely disregarded. My privacy was immediately taken from me, using their phasing technology, and the DEA never gave a thought to the property they destroyed in the process. I have seen this phase technology being used against me four months, but in no way do I understand it. I actively fought back to stop these people from breaking into our house and robing of us of our privacy, and security, and as a reward The surveillance team plays games making noise at all hours of the night moving things, mind games, to destroy our sense of security and add stress through harassment in any way they could. Games at all hours of the night to frighten, us, turning surveillance into an active attempt to destroy our lives in any way that they could and they did an amazing job and destroying our lives. Not only did they rob us of peace but anyone who lived close to us lost their peace as well they tried to fight back, neighbor gathered to chase them away police were called nothing helped the situation.

I am subjected to having someone watching me at all times 24 hours a day 7 days a week. As a I do not ever have a single moment alone, I am watched as I shower, go to the bathroom, and before I had to leave my wife and baby, we could not make love without being watched and the men watching actively making noise to harass us.

I have my home broken into daily, all 8 of the houses I have been chased out of from constant harassment. I have had things stolen, have had my cat stolen, they have taken dead animals and placed them under the house to harass us, and as I was leaving Iquitos by boat with 4 agents on the ship my water was poisoned, for a month before I left Iquitos I had been given a minor poison so I had to live with constant diariah the poison on the boat was much worse. and for a week lived in constant pain with walking almost impossible. This level on invasive surveillance I would say crosses the live into torcher, a person subjected to that kind of mental stress without having a mental breakdown would be surprising and there is never a possibility of escaping the harassment for even a moment. They created a situation where you are shown you are powerless, people constantly harassing you night and day without a moment where it ever stops, I in no way understand how this was a drug investigation and not an attempt to simple torment me until I was broken enough to either go insane or take my life but that is what I have been subjected to for 4 months, with no possibility of stopping or even having a moment of relief most nights around my house sounded much more like a construction zone, then a neighborhood house. although we tried everything to try and protect our house and property nothing has stopped their abuse of authority we have been left with no remedy. We went to the Peruvian police 8 times for help with no results, my computer was hacked, and the evidence of me filming their illegal activities, erased they have taken my computer and placed spying software on it so they have constant access at all times. They have the ultimate technology to abuse their authority and they are putting it to use for exactly that purpose. My life in Peru has been destroyed, with all of that harassment going on. Imagine trying to sleep with a man directly above your bed on the ceiling staring at you all night. I tried to start 2 business and because of the constant harassment all night and all day both of them failed and were destroyed. In 3 months, I moved 6 times trying to find a way to have a little peace without 24-hour constant harassment. As you can imagine the stress of that kind of life is overwhelming. After 3 months for the safely of my family I moved away from them to Lima. One night One of the agents was making noise outside our bedroom at 3 in the morning opening and closing our bedroom door and my baby daughter saw this and was terrified and screamed and cried. I did not want my family and baby subjected to that kind of hell so leaving them was my only choice.

I moved to lima and was harassed so much again in a month I had to leave 2 homes, a hotel now out of my price range from all of the money I have lost to this insanity and now it looks like living on the street is a very real possibility. My life has been taken away from me, my rights have been taken away from me. There is no such a thing as privacy in my life it simply does not exist For the safety of my wife and baby I have had to abandon them, they are trying to survive doing the best they can. With this impossible situation all my ways and means of making a living has been destroyed and my life is in tatters. A US government agency is using secret technology that allows them to break the law, harass, and spy illegally, really do whatever they wish and there is no way to stop them no oversite, it is an unlimited tool for abuse and it is being abused as my story shows.

While this is going on in Peru and so no US laws are being broken, it is still America that is paying for a US agency to commit criminal offences, and has become a perfect example of corruption and abuse of authority that could be made. All of the technology to do this sounds more like science fiction then reality, but I can assure you it exists and is being used to illegally gather intelligence. I do not know if there is anything you can do about the criminal activities of the DEA but I did want to bring the situation to your attention, so that you understand the abuses that are being done by the DEA.

If this type of technology is being used here in Peru, for these kinds of activities I though you needed to be aware, how soon until this is being used in America to spy on Americans if it is already not being used for the same purposes back in the states, I think it is certainly worth your time to look into.

Thank you for reading my story and for your consideration I hope you have the time to look into this research to find out about this technology and how it is being used overseas, It certainly has changed how I see the world, knowing that there are people in power that can get away with anything and there is nothing we can do about it. Any fantasy I had about the world being a safe place has been dispelled.
