Hobie I am sending you a letter I wrote to some senators to get my story out and another article I wrote with a lot of sarcasm to again tell my story and what new technology the DEA got their hands on. They are actively using this technology here in Peru and completely destroyed my life with it please get this out to as many people as you can. Can the war on drugs ever be won? Most of us would laugh at this notion after all these years of
watching this pointless costly unending disaster. But what if I told you there exist a technology that lets
you be unseen and untouchable, able to exists slightly out of phase from normal reality. Not only does it
exist it is being put to use in the war on drugs in the cocaine capital of the world, Peru. Another, new
technology that is being used, but that has not made it into the public domain yet is Holographic

projectors. The DEA is arming up Peruvians drug police with this technology, and using it them
themselves to fight and possible start to win the war on drugs. The DEA has also come up with a way of
climbing up walls and hanging on ceilings with almost no sound when combined with a technology that
turns you invisible, and untouchable, can you imagine the implications. So that their unseen spy can
hang above a suspect’s bed comfortable all night and watch him invisible and completely safe, even if
the suspect hears the agents cannot be touched, and what could the suspect possible do about it. Game
Over for anyone who the DEA decides to employ this technology on. What more powerful tool for
surveillance could ever be created?

Drugs, and 40 years after President Nixon launched the US government’s war on drugs, fundamental
reforms in national and global drug control policies are urgently needed.
But with a new technology as powerful as this in use now we can disregard all of these
study’s, and finally win, and all of the lives that have been destroyed all of the crime that has been
created the gangs, cartels, that are a direct result of this war, can finally be justified, with the three
words we all so long to hear as Americans 'We have won´
Imagine being able to slip unseen into a suspect’s house watch him all of the time without his
knowledge completely undetected, conduct any search you wish in perfect secrecy, as often as you
wanted. This is the technology the DEA is bringing to the table to fight the never-ending war on drugs.
Although there is no oversite or responsibility being used to protect anyone’s rights the DEA now has
the ultimate spying tech, and no need to worry about those pesky ethics, this is after all a war. As it is a
secret technology no one knows about there is no reason to worry about anyone finding out. How do
you go about filming or find any evidence of an invisible man that cannot be touched, sure you can
record the sounds of people climbing on the walls and roofs but how is the noise really going to
convince anyone, when your argument is there is an invisible man breaking into my house and spying on
me? With technology this amazing how can the war on drugs not be turned around. Isn't any price
worth paying to finally win the war on drugs. If we are just willing to do away with privacy and the
concept of rights, we can finally turn this around. Sure, the potential for abuse is overwhelming, and the
DEA is finding every way this technology can be abused and using it to its full potential, but only on
those bad guys out there. But I mean let’s be honest if you could walk around inviable with this power
would you not abuse it just a little bit, as well. to finally have a chance to win the war on drugs is there
really any price to high that cannot be paid after all the DEA has been losing this war for as long as most
of you out there are reading this, I am sure they are tired of losing and arming up with this new amazing
secret Technology with this kind of power could finally turn the tides, and give the DEA a chance to have
finally have the war turned in their favor. The only price is a people’s rights and privacy, and if you are
not willing to give those bad guys rights for security how can this impossible war ever have a chance.
Having been a subjected of this technology I can attest to the effectiveness of how powerful a
tool it can be. I decided to fight any way that I could to protect my god given right to privacy, to stop
people from breaking into my house, and protect my family, from conducting illegal searches and illegal
activity, silly me privacy and rights are privileges given by the state not god. In my case I managed to film
a little bit of evidence on my computer, but the DEA is far smarter than I am, and of course hacked my
computer and destroyed any real evidence, Illegal? Immoral, an abuse of power, need I remind you this
is a war, What I had happened to film was easily corrupted and lost, but in the big picture being
subjected to no privacy 24 hours a day for months, having people a few feet above me watching me
sleep, and use the bathroom. When me and my wife would try and make love, the men watching above
us were always kind to make some noise to voice their approval as they watched. I know this sounds like
an intense thing to live through slaves as property probably felt the same way, it felt like our lives were
taken away from us. After moving 6 times in two and half months to try and escape the insanity and
constant harassment and loss of privacy, I ended up leaving my wife and baby girl to get them away the
insanity of this, and keep this insanity with me and not subject my wife and baby to it, After one night of
baby girl waking screaming of terror from one of the agents playing games opening and shutting our
bedroom door, what choice could I make but to get that away from my daughter and family. Of course,
this type of technology can not so easily be defeated simply by leaving your home moving to another
city. and as a punishment for trying to escape Peru’s police gave me poison to teach me a lesson, not
being able to walk a few days did indeed teach me a lot.
In another City alone with at least my family safe from them, the surveillance was ramped up a
few notches so the no room in my house did not have an agent in it they made sure not one moment of
the day I was ever able to have a second alone and unwatched. Every word on my computer was read by
them, everything I owned searched, every minute of the day watched. To have your privacy, security
and safety stolen from you with no possibility of help, may seem like a trifle harsh, But if we are not
willing to pay a little to win this war, how is it ever to be won. Going to the police in Peru 8 times did not
help in any way, with secret technology of this power it is unstoppable. You have no escape, rights, your
power, safety, and security are easily confiscated. Your very life is taken and your are made to know
there is no hope of ever having a way out short of death. Sure, they destroyed any evidence of wrong
doing once a file is destroyed who is going to be the wiser. When you have a technology this amazing
what price is worth paying. We are talking about power real power, and who does not do what is
necessary to keep that power. To make sure toys like this are kept secret, to keep the most powerful
tool on surveillance ever to be invented secret what would you do, what small rules or laws would you
not be willing to break. The potential for abuse is overwhelming, what could be worst then to have your
life stolen from you and to be powerless to stop the people doing it, but the potential to take down your
unsuspecting enemies is overwhelming as well, this war could finally turned around if we are simply
willing to pay the price as I was forced to pay. A few people having their humanity taken away is that too
high a price to pay? I guess it would depend if it were your humanity.
We are not talking about an invisibility cloak as some information on this has made it into the
mainstream. This tech is light years beyond that. Not only is a person with this tech able to go invisible
he is also able to move slightly out of phase with normal reality as we know it. He cannot move through
door, windows, or walls, but if you move to touch him all you will feel is air, and apparently although i
do not understand the physics the agent is able to move through biological matter. We are talking about
a technology so advanced it could be rewriting the laws of physics as we know them. A simple touch of a
button the person deploys the ultimate cloaking technology enabling him to be the ultimate unseen spy,
one second visible the next unseen and untouchable, with the added technology enabling him to scale
walls and hang on ceilings you now have an unstoppable spy, or maybe super hero would be a better
way to put it. If the suspect needs to be tailed and jumps on a bus you jump onto the outside of the bus
and there is no way for the suspect to ever know see or even suspect. with an added simple catheter
and pump our agent can be up on the ceiling for as long as is needed, while the poor suspect is left
wondering what is that weird sound of water flowing above me.
Of course, the DEA has kept all of this new technology secret sharing it only with their
counterparts the Drug police of Peru. Having personally seen this tech in action it is an impressive tool.
Enabling you to get around all those pesky laws limiting you from searching and spying on anyone you
want any time you want. The DEA no longer has to worry about Privacy, or rights, if you have a piece of
technology that allows you to be invisible and untouchable who is going to ever be able to prove any
unlawful activities you commit. In fact, who is even going to believe someone who is saying invisible
people I cannot see or touch are watching me, climbing up and down the walls and ceiling of the house.
You can be watching you every minute of the day easily there is nothing the DEA has to worry about
easy pezzy. The new strategy to win the war on drugs is a bold new move, that is so far beyond 1984 it is
laughable, but I am sure it will only be used on bad drug people because as we all know the government
would never take a weapon like this and deploy is on regular people, you can all sleep sound tonight
knowing this tool.is in the responsible hands of the DEA. The person using this tech still has weight and
sound, it is definably possible to hear a person breathing or hear and feel any of his movements, That
being said A more powerful tool for spying and collecting evidence has ever been existed.
To be completely fair there are a few lines the DEA still even with this tool will not cross, which
is why they have shared the technology with Peru’s special drug police any bit of dirty work the DEA
simply cannot stomach, they get there Peruvian counter parts to do for them. With this new powerful
technology, the DEA might have a new way to finally start winning the war on drugs. Although
prohibition has never actually been successful or in any way worked, maybe now with this new tool they
have finally found a way to do what no one has been able to do before, and win the impossible war. (We
just all have to be willing to Pay the Price) If one person’s life can be stolen in secret, with no oversite, is
it a necessary evil or a slippery sloop.
The drug war was started based on a faulty understanding of addiction Based on a study of a rat
put alone in a cage with a bottle of cocaine and a bottle of water. The rat drank the cocaine until it died.
A newer study was done with several rats in a cage the cage had tunnels and activists for the rats to do
none of the rats concentrated on the cocain. One rat alone with nothing to do but drink cocain, was a
death sentence, a group of rats with their needs met had no interest in the cocain. Drugs have never
been the problem drugs have always been a symptom of the problem, and our fighting the symptom has
created more of what the real cause of the problem is. As long as we are fighting the symptom and not
the cause the war has no chance of being won., When people are happy and their needs are met, they
do not go out and get addicted to drugs. When peoples lives are so painful the escape of drugs is
preferable to facing reality, outlawing drugs in no way touches the source of the problem and telling a
person in that kind of pain to not do drugs and just get over it in no way helps the problem, putting
people in prison who are so miserable they do drugs does not help the misery, they leave prison in
worse shape then when they went in to prison and nothing is actually solved or helped, which is why
they return to drugs before the pain was so great escaping some of it through drugs was preferable then
facing reality, after prison they face a worst future, what would you expect to happen, The real war on
drugs is a war on human suffering and until we fight that war the real war no real progress can ever be
made, if we put our resources into building people and communities improving peoples situations
instead of trying to punish and destroy we would have made a lot more progress fighting the actual
problem instead of the symptom. If the real problem is human suffering and misery and we find people
in this state using drugs and to correct their behavior by giving them more misery and suffering how is
the real problem ever going to get solved which is the real reason the war on drugs is being lost fighting
suffering by doling out more suffering is a losing battle.
