THe funny thing about the technology they are using can be stopped easy enough.

when you phase out from the 3-dimension you go into one of the 49 planes of the 4th dimension, usually the lower planes are used.

There are essentially two ways to stop them.

1 -Make a laser weapon, as lasers and the radiation from lasers cause havoc in the lower 4th dimension. This would hurt or kill anything that was within beam width even if its slightly phased.

2- Make a negative field generator, what this does is stops the phase aligning process, from a forced phase shift. Obviously they are sitting in the 'Sheathe' which connects each dimension. These devices can be relatively small and can provide a type of quarantine. Possibly trap them from being able to phase out of a area.

3- make a frequency generator with at least 40-100 watts. There does exist some 'scrambler' frequencies, when compressed and directed can disable pretty well anything in regards to technology and possibly disintegrate whole energy patterns [including your own energy pattern]. (Use with Caution)
