I like new ideas, just as much as the author of this article. But the article misses important points.

1). The MEG (Motionless Electronic Generator) possesses a U.S. patent. The prototype produces over 2-kilowatts of surplus energy, and only needs 50-watts to start it up; and can be close-looped after start up. A 300-kilowatt unit will produce 200-Horsepower. More than enough to operate a car, no batteries, with no emissions, no byproducts. Forever.

2). The water engine is essentially a standalone fuel-cell with its own water fission converter. OK, but it has several problems. First, it is a well-known fact that the electricity or chemical energy used to crack water, is larger than the power yielded by the fuel cell, which produces the electricity to drive a drive motor. The whole thing is a rube-goldberg that (while operational) is not very efficient.

Next is the attendant fuel-cell output. The output is not water, but is ionized water, one electron light. This cannot be ingested by living creatures, and is essentially poisonous. Releasing this junk is safe, only as long as it is allowed to pick up another electron from the environment. Which in nature, can require weeks of time. In the meantime, this stuff is poisoning animals. And people, and ground-water, and the 'well of good intentions'.

Boils down to slow environmental pollution, in order to create motive power for transport. In other words, it's not a complete solution, and at best is a transitory technology.

The high-output zero-point tech is already available, has no environmental impact, and no negatives; aside from its obvious detrimental impact on the energy cartels, built around the fossil fuels system.

Plasma tech has many avenues. But it all requires enormous amounts of electricity to make it work. Plasma will be the means for things like stand-alone video projectors, without a backdrop of any sort. Forcefields to protect our property, and horrific weapons of war.

But the planetary grids are already nearing saturation. Let's get to cheap, non-fossil fuel driven energy sources. Zero-point stands as the only tech, able to fulfill these promises int the future. Meanwhile we allow the fossil fuel linked grid producers to rob us of our future, and stop research before it has even begun.

TE Bearden and others, have done the early heavy lifting, bankrupting themselves in the process. We need to push the fossil types out of the way, and get Governments or Crowd-sourcing involved; in order to refine this stuff into technology that can be used by consumers.

After all, do we really enjoy $500/month electric bills? Zero-point can be amortized across the price of new home construction, and the wires from the power poles will become a thing of the past. The choice is ours, and is becoming increasingly less theoretical.

It's up to us.
