Hello all,

As the subject line suggests much of our problem's solution is simple. Yet, what will develop into a positive change in each of our lives and the planet as a whole is difficult. Here is why. It comes in the form of self-talk. We all do it. And insanely, we constantly do it without noticing. You see, we create all the time. It never shuts off. Therefore, we must constantly monitor our own thoughts. Not easy to do, but certainly doable!

We've all heard a similar saying such as: Sometimes you get the bear and sometimes the bear gets you.

As a society we have allowed to much negativity into our self-talk. Each one of us talks to ourself whenever we are conscious. And believe it or not, when we dream. The difficulty is in changing our self-talk. There are myriad number of ways to go about this. However, we absolutely have to commit to changing our negative self-talk. It just takes time, effort and commitment. Then the self-talk becomes predominantly positive and wonder of wonder our reality shifts towards a happier number of outcomes.

We must do the work, and the change will follow rather quickly with enjoyable results. Like Nike said, 'Just Do It!'
