By the decision of the Federal Social Court all immigrants from EU countries, after six months of residence in Germany, regardless of whether they actively seeking work or not (?!), are entitled to social assistance, which includes apartments, about 300 euros per family member and various other benefits, which means the de facto existence of financial security.

Some time ago Greece behaved severely towards these immigrants. So EU court ruled it is not responsible for immigrant invasion being inhuman.
Greece is a Shengen outer state, this means The Guardian of Outer Borders of Europe.

But, in those peaceful times this was ruled by EU Law that said: All immigrants remains responsibility of the country of entry.

Here in Croatia we are not particularly stupid, if one disregards our last 15 years, so our Police documented every migrant that entered here (digital all ways) and did not proceed these recordings to the Merkel's central. This is because above mentioned Law says that every migrant can be returned to the first EU country he entered if following country do not like him.

Now we are being reprimanded by EU commission for not being stupid enough.
