For facts and law to be considered an attack a conversion from neutrality and equal access and enforcement on open public records must take place.
The conversion usually takes the form of personal opinion being given more value than both facts and law.

When the purveyor of information of naked claims refuses to back up their positions, a self executed judgement, admission and confession by negligence, is exposed.

I, Charles C. Miller, DO NOT CONSENT to Anna Von Reitz claims of being underwriter or fiduciary in a political, contractual, legal or commercial context in relation to governments operating in the States United, whatsoever, for good cause.

The good cause is NON-DISCLOSURE of relevant facts and law in context of political, contractual, legal and commercial relationships recognized by and in public records.
Anna Von Reitz has been challenged here on Rumor Mill News, and in many many other forums, by myself and others for years and years to produce bona fides backing her varied and numerous naked claims.
To date no such evidence concerning any alleged yet never verified positions as challenged have ever been produced.

My public record contracts, wherein I signed on to the Declaration of 1776, original and subsequent specific state constitutions, Articles of Confederation have been identified as public record with disclose locations of the records, on this Rumor Mill News web site at least three times.

Thus, I am a contract holder and holder in due course having the absolute right to protect my contract rights from all trespass, conversion, misconstruction, usurpation, abuse, or use in misleading any one affected by the governments the People’s contracts created.

I signed on to those contracts under two very good causes.
First, the documents are contracts between the People creating governments to administer the political power of the People and are open to any American to sign onto Nunc pro Tunc. These documents ARE NOT CLOSED.
These documents are all done in the name and by the authority of the Good People.
Second, being contracts they are enforceable only by parties to them.
Public servants and those identified by public servants actions or determinations hold no right whatsoever as servants or franchised positions to claim rights in the Peoples Contracts cresting the governments they serve of acquiesce to be subjects of.

As a bona fide contract holder and holder in due course, I, Charles C. Miller, FORMALLY ADVISE Anna Von Reitz that until bona fide public records supporting her naked claims are produced to open source verifications, a TRESPASS, ATTEMPTED CONVERSION AND THEFT of the Peoples Full Faith and Credit positions in relation to governments created by We the People, is apparent on the public records.

The term FULL FAITH AND CREDIT defined by the Constitution for the United States of America at Article IV section 1, memorializes forever the fact and the law that the People via our Preambles to our States Constitutions are the original and exclusive CREDITORS to all governments Political powers, controlling all legal and commercial operations of governments and governments franchised entities.
Thus as a contract party I qualify fully as Creditor.

Underwriting is the service provided guaranteeing payment in the case of loss or damage. This position and operation requires a contract to be identified, parties, properties and property rights associated to the contract be identified. Lacking those critical elements being in evidence underwriting is impossible.

Fiduciary is the person that acts on behalf of another or group, a trust, putting good faith and integrity forth for protecting the others interests above their own which requires being legally and ethically bound.

Anna Von Reitz is not competent to act as either underwriter or fiduciary to or for the United States of America, for good cause of non-disclosure of relevant material facts and law, and confusion of unrelated facts and law intended to re-construct public operations based on verified public records.

Anna’s operations and positions simply replaces the current secret squirrel world running the corruption for her own brand of secret squirrel operations.
