What lawful, divine right do local governments have to threaten sovereign humans with force, violence, fines and the stealing of their homes in this way? Forcing someone to cut grass around his/her home if it exceeds 10 inches, under threat of court proceedings, fines, home foreclosure, and even arrest and imprisonment constitutes harrassment, violence against the person and interference with personal rights to manage their property and to keep earnings from their labour. The police and courts in the US and other Western "Welfare" state systems act as unlawful, violent enforcers of the wishes of fictitious governments (ie fictitious corporations that have no real existence beyond writing on bits of paper) at ALL levels in society.

Apart from the criminal coercion and extortion involved, wouldn't it be MUCH cheaper, use MUCH less community effort and be MUCH less divisive and harmful to the community if local government officials and/or those who want the grass cut, JUST DID IT THEMSELVES?

Ensouled humans are sovereign beings indwelt by a fragment of Creator consciousness. Governments whether they be local, state or national entities are invariably corporations, ie they are non-living FICTIONS created on paper and used to conceal the identity of their creators and manipulators. As such, corporate forms of governance have no lawful right to levy rates, charges or fines etc on legitimate sovereign human beings who occupy land provided that they live on it and act as reasonable caretakers of it. Having grass grow over 10 inches in height in one's suburban yard is NOT a crime nor can it ordinarily be regared as a hazard to the community. Appropriate government or other organisations can contract with occupiers of land to provide services in relation to the land they occupy but those contracts must be for goods and services provided and must not be excessive or unconscionable.

Corporate governance arrangements in the US are cosmically unlawful because the government entities are bloodless corporate FICTIONS purporting to exercise power over real flesh and blood sovereign human beings contrary to the God-given rights of those sovereign individuals. Moreover the politicians, bureaucrats, judicial and police officers et al exercising governmental powers falsely claim an exclusive right to exercise force and violence to extort taxes, rates, charges and fines on sovereign citizens.That is cosmically unlawful and unconscionable. This instance of the exercise of unlawful 'governmental' extortion is simply a blatant and obviously criminal example of the general problem. To be legitimate, government actions must be based on genuine contractual arrangements in which fraud, lack of full disclosure and/or coercion must be absent from the negotiation process. Moreover, victims of government extortion rackets are not liable if they tacitly acquiesce to contracts through induced ignorance or fear.

USans and humans generally on this planet need to become aware of their true God-given sovereign status; and of the fraud, deceit and coercion being imposed on them by criminals masquerading as governments. This will require people to 'get up off their knees' and take control of their lives. To do that people need to inform themselves about the mechanisms being used by governments and other corporations to enslave them so that they can combine with others to reject the criminality rampant in governance, judicial and corporate arrangements almost everywhere on this planet.

To begin to understand the falsity and criminality underpinning the almost universal enslavement of humans here; and the criminal extortion methods being used by the covert cabal of global matrix controllers, be aware that in 1933 when the US corporation went bankrupt, the banksters ostensibly took the population of the US as collateral for bailing out the US government corporation.
