Now that he's back, some board decides to take the home, well who signed those documents to take Jim's home.

Why isn't Jim in small claims court, suing the code enforcement officer to see the contract that allowed him/her to bill him for tall grass?

Small claims is the best place to go, to make them bring out the contract they are enforcing.

All these other courts are re-presented entities, against re-presented entities.

This is my opinion.

If it hurt someone's feelings, it was not meant for you, but if your feelings had to attach to my opinion, you must look at yourself instead of me. I don't know you, so it was not meant for you.
