Raye, from sources that I have the NWO definitely will come into being. However this global power structure will be rather fragile and not hold its global monarchy for very long. It will discover that some of its member states will revolt and consequently pay a very high price. One source that I have stated to me in 1997 that Australia is heading for a fourth tier of Government - that being a state under the Global Governance of the United Nations.

To see the situation with China in a different light one has to see that (abhorrent as it may be to Americans) the United States is no longer an independent entity. It is the strongest arm of the current but unseen global hegemony. Consequently whatever the current situation with China, and if a three pronged power structure does emerge it will only work to serve the purposes of that hegemony.

This hegemony is currently working to serve its own selfish means - everything is a means unto an end. If that is not believed just look at why the Yugoslav authorities arrested Milosevic! I also have from another reliable source that this hegemony is under the rulership of the most powerful group in the world - "The Council Of Nine". Unfortunately I do not know anymore about them than that, but I wonder if "Q" might be able to shed any more light on who they are.

In order to stop sufficiently this hegemony in its tracks revolt needed to be implemented back in 1945.
