You can't defend Tau from me 'cause I wasn't attacking Tau. :)

What I did was analyze and trouble-shoot (and didn't even charge for doing it) the mechanics of Tau's writing, with an eye toward how to make it accessible to more readers.

Yes, I've read bunches of Dan Winter, and smoke pours out of my ears whenever I do. :) It's my suspicion that Winter has a "lack of grounding" that leaves the circuitry of communication not completed - and that is fixable if he'd like to do it.

The result of grounding will _not_ diminish its power but will instead augment and enhance it beyond even what it is right now. It wouldn't pull his thoughts "out of the ether" but would complete the circuitry so they'll flow more fully into the earth.

All my writing is done as a stream of concsiousness, in-the-moment, and there are "no walls" in my brain. The difference is I'm able to "chunk up / chunk down" very rapidly, going from one instance of something in the earth to grokking the abstract principle it represents and back down again to applying the principle to a different example in the earth - grounding it; transforming it; stepping it down where it can be meaningful to others right where they are without their having to "clamber up into the ether" to get it.

"Words fitly spoken are like apples of gold in pictures of silver." It does not say, "Words fitly spoken are like applesauce lying loosely on a silver platter." :) There are times and reasons where utilizing form and structure is not "enslaving the freedom of thought" but "giving it legs" instead.
