So, why does Doctor C bother to write at all? I mean, if you have the Nous, it comes with a filter that can sift out any idea not embraced by the Nous, so that only those ideas which are true can pass the filter and impinge on your consciousness. Indeed, simple logical progression leads to the conclusion that you are more infallibly infallible than the Pope, and probably much younger.

All incoming data tightens the Nous.

Since the ultimate goal of Enlightenment is to become comfortable--and on speaking terms--with Nothing, I prefer the old saw which says NO Nous Is Good News.
