In response to the Three (3) Readers response comments to my article:-

Reader D: “Rats in a Sack” indeed. Having written so many articles over the years, and that runs from 2004 to date, I am still here explaining the position of the ITC / OITC. Yes, the ITC / OITC are still here after 20 years and are not going to go away any time soon despite what others say about having destroyed us, etc, etc, etc.

Others have appeared in the last few years, only as misinformation artists because, in my opinion, the cabal with all their misinformation artists have failed to “Put us Down” as they had planned back in 2010 with the plainly obvious and deliberate character assassination on Dr. Ray C. Dam.

You obviously have difficulty reading between and below the lines. O.K. I can accept that, but if you cannot establish the truth at this time, which is visible in my writings, then please do not make comments that may damage the truth. Carry out your own investigations, gather the evidence and then speak. I have, in the past, revealed many documents and a lot of information for people to study, but I do not see real factual documents being revealed by the likes of Karen Hudes, etc, so why is it that you do not support my previous comments and demand that Karen Hudes publicly reveal her documents of appointment as Legal Counsel for the ITC / OITC. By your doing so and questioning those documents, the truth will become far more obvious to you and others.

I have no objection to people making criticisms provided they are constructive criticisms, but it does appear that you just sit back and give personal opinions without too much thinking or investigation being involved. You will never help anyone get out of a mess that way because you will create a bigger mess by allowing the circle of misinformation to continue.

Furthermore, what I will say is watch, look, and listen, because the truth will become more obvious during 2016.

Reader Tom: No Tom, we are not part of the Cabal or the Crooked Banking System. Nor are we aligned to any other highly dubious organisation such as the CIA, Vanguard, Blackwater, IMF, World Bank, Federal Reserve, BIS, or any other such organisation. In fact the latter Four (4) are subservient to the ITC as they are using our assets and accounts (Assigned to them in 1945 …. 3000 + Mt of Gold, plus their fraudulent activities surrounding our accounts ever since and even to date).

We are an independent and a completely NEUTRAL institution, a “Sovereign” with its own jurisdiction, all initiated and implemented by the Royal Families of the World, who despite comments to the contrary, really did direct that the assets / accounts of the Global Debt Facility must be used for the benefit of Mankind (Reiterated within the 1995 and 2012 International Treaties), so no one should criticise the Royal Families of the world because they have done more for Mankind than most Governments and their associated institutions, authorities, etc, have ever done since WW II.

The ITC / OITC’s position in the world stands above and beyond all “Sovereign” Governments and all International Financial Institutions. The ITC / OITC cannot be usurped by any person or party, even though it is ……. by the very institutions I have named above, which is, under International Criminal Law and International Treaty Law, CRIMINAL in the full interpretation of the Law.

Now perhaps you can see why they have constantly attempted to destroy us, defame us, and remove some of our people by illegal means. Why so many misinformation artists are abundant on the Web and on Blogs, Why, if they do not succeed then they are themselves destroyed, allowing the World in which we all live the opportunity to return to a more civilised and stable society.

As I have previously stated in other articles, we have “RATTLED” some very big cages in the last 3½ years under the new International Treasury Controller, and we will continue, with all the tenacity and determination possible, to “RATTLE” those cages, until those inside decide to give up or die from exhaustion.

Reader I: To answer your question is very simple. Within any country where our assets are secreted, or we have accounts, it is the Head of State of that country who holds the ultimate responsibility for the safety and security of these assets / accounts.
He / she accept that responsibility being the Head of State representing the people and the country (That factor is written into many International Treaties and Treaty Agreements). Coming down the ladder, it is then the Prime Minister (if there is one) and the Ministers of the Government, followed by the whole Government because they are the elected and represent the country and its people. Ultimately on the bottom layer come the people of the country.

All the persons / parties above the people of the country hold that responsibility on behalf of the people. There may be a question as to WHY on this point. Again a simple answer. It is the people of the country that “ELECT” the Head of State (in most cases) and Government into power, to act on their behalf to manage and administer the country, accepting the responsibilities of their positions once elected. This is an issue that we do not become involved with as that is the people’s choice. If the people “ELECT” the wrong people into power to represent them, then it is the people who must correct that, not us, or any other authority anywhere in the world.

In law, the people are responsible for the Debts incurred by their Elected Governments. In fact, the people are responsible in law for all acts, legal or illegal, of their Governments. However, having stated that, there are countries around the world that hold the perpetrators responsible in first instance, for which Iceland comes to mind at this juncture.

Additionally, when the perpetrators are held responsible, there is always an enormous problem left behind which has to be resolved. It is this situation in which the people are held responsible because they are the ones who have to suffer the effects of their Governments actions / activities with the indignation of such things as “Austerity”, “Higher Taxes”, “Higher Costs of Living”, “Bank Buy-ins”, etc, and thus a reduction in GDP.

Whether it is liked or not, or whether it is accepted or not, whereby we believe such impositions as “Austerity”, “Higher Taxes”, “Bank Buy-ins”, and the likes to be abhorrent, immoral, and ones gradually taking away people’s pride and dignity; it is a situation that is prevalent around the world because those in power (The Elected) make such laws, regulations etc, that normally people cannot escape from.

I don’t desire to appear religious here, but Jesus Christ said to Moses on Mount Sinai, whereby it was written in Stone, quote “THOU SHALT NOT STEAL”. Not only are some of the elected Governments around the world stealing our assets / accounts, but they are also stealing from the people, in the most abhorrent and immoral ways that they do it, driving many, and the future generations, into poverty, servitude, loss of pride and dignity, restricted freedoms and liberty, etc.

We will continue, with all the tenacity and determination possible, to “RATTLE” those cages, until those inside decide to give up or die from exhaustion, and the people of the world regain their freedom, liberty, pride and dignity.
