David, I'm having a bit of difficulty fathoming
your response for the following reasons:

- I am told that the jurisdiction of the US
Government Inc. does not extend beyond the
District of Colombia, an area of 10 square miles;

- If this be factual, how can any legislation or
treaties enacted and/or entered into by the US
Government Inc., any debts incurred as a result
thereof, be imposed legally upon Americans not

living within the District of Colombia, should
there ever come into existence in the united States
of America a legitimate Supreme Court?

- Is the jurisdiction to so impose responsibility
for repayment of such fraudulant debts, incurred by
the US Government Inc., come from the ITC/IOTC? If
not, from whom?

I must be missing something, and I look forward to
