Vince: I reacall the IBM supercomputer transfer to Russia. I also recall a few more "coincidences".

The Clinton administration sent it's propaganda team (political specialists) to Russia when Yelstin was having a problem with the election. Yelstin "Won" the election and the Russian's said they were really "impressed" with the techniques and tactics that the Clinton team had shown them. They commented that they had always believed that they had great expertise in propaganda and manipulation, but the Clinton team had "opened their eyes" as to how primitive they actually are (the Russians) in that field. -- They were grateful for the help, they say Yelstin would have lost.

Around the same time as the Supercomputer transfer, scientists from the Arzamas-16 Nuclear Facility were being "housed" at the Lawrence Livermore Labs and Los Alamos Labs. They came complete with their interpreters and spent a "fair amount" of time at those facilities. These facilities are the same ones that have the software and personnel necessary to operate the software that "shapes" and "simulates" the nuclear devices for "upgrading".

Just prior to Clinton's visit to Russia, the U.S. Secretary of State made a visit to Russia under the guise of discussing continued test ban treaty of Nuclear devices. A few days prior to his arrival, a Nuclear detonation was detected in Russia -- Nothing was said.

A week or so later Clinton visited Yelstin and I believe it was at that time he PERSONALLY turned over the software which makes shaping of Nuclear devices possible with the otherwise useless Supercomputers (they require the software). -- Clinton leans to the "theatrical" and this personal "turning over" of the goods was proof to his Communist Brothers that he was indeed someone who they could "rely" on and could be trusted in further transactions... most of which involve money laundering of U.S. tax dollars through overseas channels.

The "Sale" of the administration approved IBM Supercomputers finally came to public attention, but as you say, it was for a short period of time and with little fanfare. -- The token "fine" levied on IBM was for public consumption. I believe because the entire operation was a concerted effort by the administration to assist their "good friends" in Russia and IBM actually suffered no "real" "financial" loss. I believe the software and training in how to operate the software was supplied with U.S. government assistance. --
