Also Dr. C. Michael Armstrong the present CEO of ATT, a past senior executive of IBM, a past CEO of GmH (Hughes,) and the same individual of the chinese missile affair who was brought before the Senate, headed the Blue Ribbon Task Force in the Clinton Administration for the transfer of critical high technology outside the USA with military applications from MASERS to encrpyption.

It seems that the lobbying efforts and very soft monies are the catalysts for all these events and associations.

Also Mr. Louis Gerstner, the present CEO of IBM, was one of the very select few business people invited to the White House for dinner when the Chinese Premier was in DC. This occurred about three months ago.

Mr Schwartz, the CEO of LORAL, was also invited to the dinner. Both CEOs attended with their respective wives, and they have extremely close ties to the President and seem to have the undivided attention of the Clinton Administration.
