I have never seen nor heard any one define the root cause of all Second Amendment encroachment as being void of jurisdiction.

The more I thought about it the more clear it became.

LACK OF JURISDICTION over either subject matter or person destroys utterly and completely acts by systemites failing to keep their promises. From day one of limits on the 2ed Amendment.

This LACK OF JURISDICTION issue exposes massive Constitutional TORTS. The United States and every State have waived governmental immunity in TORT. What this means in simple English is that there is no defense available to governments outside the four corners language in the Constitutions, the States Declaration of Rights and the Bill of Rights. No legislativeLy or judicially created positions have any defense because the TORT brings in the contract the systemites serve.

In short no confusing the issue of jurisdiction is possible. It is or it isn’t.

I believe this point could be of help to a lot of People.

Please, define the legal relationship between the People and government servants as the contract, Constitution for the United States of America as Amended by the Bill of Rights, controlling all operations of the federal government.

Please, inform all the People and all public servants, state and federal, that the United States Government is not granted jurisdiction by Constitution, to limit, overwrite, or in any manner whatsoever alter or touch with government powers the clear and precise controlling language of the Second Amendment, nor any other portion of the Bill of Rights.

Please, inform all the People and all public servants, state and federal, that the United States Government is not granted jurisdiction by Constitution, to legislate or judicially craft constructions administering legitimate government powers to be applicable to the People, from out side the four corners of our absolute Rights protected by the People’s first law, Bill of Rights.

Please, inform all the government servants that mistakes in administration of public duties owed to the People, based on lack of Constitutional authorities, must be corrected, and that failure to do so is a Constitutional TORT, cognizable under civil rights felony statutes.

Please, inform all the People and all public servants, state and federal, that the United States Government is not granted jurisdiction by Constitution, to construct a legal identity applied to the People, which affects in any manner whatsoever, access to and protection from the Second Amendment, to be denied, circumvented or limited in any manner

Please, inform all the People and all public servants, state and federal, that the United States Government is not granted jurisdiction by Constitution, nor any statutory or administrative construction, to withhold disclosure of authorities, or any public records because they are the People’s property and We paid for them. Limited National Security issues excepted.

Please, inform all the People and all public servants, state and federal, that the United States Government is not granted jurisdiction by Constitution to allow in any manner whatsoever judges to legislate from the bench or determine political loyalties and access to the Second Amendment as written.

Acts by government failing to identify the Constitutional authority creating jurisdiction over either subject matter or person are void.

President a Trump, you have the mandate of the People. The love expressed at your rallies is that given with an open heart. That highest of gifts recognizes the example you have set before the world.

President Trump, you have become the teacher to show the People how to supervise our public servants, causing the swamp to not only train, yet to be filled in.
