We, Charles C. Miller and Andre’ Paul Provost Jr.,sent this Beneficiaries Letter of Wishes, to our Trustee for action in service to the People’s office of President.

Our service via public property White House Web portal, entitled Damages and Collections, served 5/4/2020, 1:25 pm, pacific, contained a request for advisory regarding publish of the Monograph.

We have not received direction as requested. Thus, We assume it is agreed to publish and distribute the Monograph beginning May 7, 2020.

We understand the ramifications of our actions and the probable affect on our President and us individually. This point requires clarification.

We are at War and have been for a very long time. We refuse to live on our knees serving any power We do-not consent to. Our consent can-not be manufactured. All wars, no matter the form they take, have casualties.

The failure to recognize that loss of the principles and right action timed correctly is the guarantee the War will be lost. Right action always limits casualties over all. This is because the casualties are already mounting and will only increase if we do nothing.

As Commander in Chief, President Trump, is the single largest factor in the casualty damage equation.

Substance, the principles, facts, law and procedure always controls the style. In the current contexts the Deep State Swamp consisting of Divided Loyalty public actors operating the style also known as propaganda.

The bully on the school yard always falls down after being kicked in the crotch. Thus, the kicker has the choice to continue the lesson or not.

Presently no kick as been performed. Thus, the style manipulators are still in control.

We, are doing our part! Where is the rest of the team?

Being mislead by experts, usually drips under pressure, is always a personal choice. We are all responsible for how our life plays out.

The use of experts to expose fundamental defects in systems operations always carries the risk of failure because anything based on deception or lies, no matter the source, always destroys the position eventually. This is because clearing the taint of deception is impossible unless the root of the lies are fully exposed along with the propagators of the deception and resulting corruption.

We, as a People, a country, the concept of individual liberty, hangs in the balance right now.

Our President has access to the largest army the world has ever experienced, the American People and liberty lovers world wide. Yet this army has no power with out leadership and direction.

The fact is that our President is the only man on the planet that could provide direction and leadership in context of current events.

Substance is the Rule of Law which always crushes the style of deception.
