We, Charles C. Miller and Andre’ Paul Provost Jr.,sent this Beneficiaries Letter of Wishes, to our Trustee for action in service to the People’s office of President.

You Will: Please review the Presidents fundamental powers and authorities in context of the Presidents duties; “he shall take Care of that the Laws be faithfully executed,”.
You Will: Please REMIND the Governors; that, the Declaration of Rights in the State constitutions transferred to the Bill of Rights; that, the legislatures, both state and national are not given power to circumvent or negate, or overlay the Rights of the People. REMIND the Governors that CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED is required for any government act to be considered valid and enforceable. REMIND the Governors that failing to identify directly and precisely the portion of the state constitutions legislative powers as authority to act upon the People voids the acts harming the People. And more to the point, such acts failing to identify the source of authority are the personal acts of OUTLAWS!

Mr. President, OUTLAWS do not have the protection of the laws because without lawful authority the acts by some of the Governors are not now and never could be legitimate acts of the People’s governments. Thus the acts destroying the People’s lives are personal, disguised as COLOR OF LAW. These types of acts are an overt and blatant attack on the government by DIVIDED LOYALTY posers calling themselves public servants, another disguise to escape responsibility for personal corruption.

Mr. President, you are the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States. If you do-not act now the People have no access to the law that was created to protect all Americans.

If you as President, fail to give the Governor’s and the People the facts of the law, notice and opportunity to respond, there is no law, no MAGA, no KAG.

The People elected a President that we perceived was an honest man who was believed to be honorable and would serve the law protecting the People, as written.

In the event, you Mr. President, do-not, for any reason whatsoever, hold these usurpations Governors to account, now, you will be making your whole campaign, your Presidency, a lie!

These usurpations Divided Loyalty posers have given you Mr. President the great opportunity to show the Nation and the whole world what CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED really means.

Formally request all 50 Governors to provide to the President of the United States, the identification of the specific portion of their state constitutions, legislative in particular, ratifying, the powers to lock down the People as if We are subjects of and to the state, to be treated as chattel property! SLAVES!

When the Governors fail in this task required by law, which they will because there is no authority to harm the People possible under our form of government, the Governors will then be personally liable for the acts and subject to TORT CHARGES, civil actions, and Civil Rights Felony Charges. The real issue for you Mr. President is will you order US DOJ to support the People in our law suits and TORTS against the OUTLAW Governors? If not what are the consequences to your credibility and trust placed in you the man Donald Trump by the People?

CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED CAN-NOT BE MANUFACTURED!

By our President inviting the Governors to simply comply with the People’s Laws of Constitutions and Declaration of Rights, the stage is set for Divided Loyalty characters across the board of American life to identify themselves for what they truly are. This is a win for the People and our President because the Rule of Law will be present supporting your acts.

Mr. President, your credibility with the American People is slipping badly.

You Mr. President have the perfect time, the right circumstance, the law available for you and you alone, to bring Trumps Army forth to exercise the fundamental law controlling the Right of Consent to be expressed by the People.
