I would really like to think that after the massive vax scam we went through, very few people would be fooled by these Globalists again. Almost everyone knows someone who died suddenly or were permanently injured by one of these so-called vaccines. As more facts are uncovered, as more information is added to our knowledge about the effects of these debilitating jabs, fewer will line up for the next pandemic.
But, maybe that choice will be taken from us. If the Biden administration has their way, we will all be under the boot heel of the W.H.O. (World Health Organization). All they will have to say is, “We think there is a pandemic.” And Tedros, or whomever is pulling his strings, can shut the country/countries down until further notice. Who are you going to call upon then?
It is hard for me to believe that leaders of the nations in the world would just hand over their sovereignty like that. Perhaps blackmail will buy their compliance; perhaps enough money. But once they have signed this treaty, they will comply or face penalties, I’m guessing. Will they be able to walk away? I don’t know the answer to that, but I do know these countries aren’t being given a lot of information. And there doesn’t appear to be a way to ask questions or lodge complaints.
Do the people in America understand that this treaty will supersede the Constitution-Bill of Rights? This is being set up to gain total control over the whole world. It will be the same for all countries who sign on. They will be giving up their sovereignty according to Dr. Dave Martin. This reminds me of the UN small arms treaty that Obama tried to ram through. It’s tricky because the Constitution does outline the duties of the president as having the right to sign treaties. But the Senate has to approve the legislation, thankfully. Or we would have been a nation of illegal gun owners by now.
What exactly is the WHO? It is part of the United Nations, formed in 1948. It’s stated goal is to make sure that all nations have access to vaccine drugs and basic health care regardless of their ability to pay. According to Sci-Check Digest, members of the WHO are in the process of developing a new agreement to prevent, prepare for, and respond to pandemics. We are told that a preliminary draft presented in February reaffirms nations sovereign right to make their own health policies during global pandemics, contrary to false claims online. Uhuh.
According to the same source, the WHO can make recommendations after the declaration of a global emergency, but it has no control over any nations decisions. That sounds reassuring, but the very next paragraph appears to completely refute that statement. The International Health Regulations make up a legally binding agreement. Signed by 196 countries, including the United States, defining countries rights and obligations in handling health events and emergencies of international concern.
According to the CDC, only about a third of the countries in the world “have the ability to assess, detect, and respond to public health emergencies.” Of course, the Biden administration would like to have all the emergency declarations to be mandatory and cut out all views of the concerned state. Maybe not at first, but given their propensity for lying, I would not trust their version. And, I would also want to know just what is meant by, “reiterating the critical importance of strengthening the IHR (2005) along with other efforts to strengthen the ability of the WHO and member states to prevent, detect and respond to future public health emergencies of international concern.” My question would be, who gets to decide if a public health emergency is of international concern?
So, the IHR has no authority to force member states to comply with requirements. Yet their recommendations, even from a third party who notifies them of a health event in a neighboring country has shortened the time from 24 to 12 months in which amendments to the IHR can be adopted and entered into force. And, according to their reassurances, they are only in the discussion phase and not yet ready to implement global governance just yet. Probably not for another year. The date I keep hearing though, is May of 2024. As for superseding the Constitution and Bill of Rights, that has already been adjudicated.
“The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislation bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The US Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for a law, which violates the Constitution to be valid.”
“It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well; but they mean to govern. They promise to be kind masters; but they mean to be masters. They think there need be but little restraint upon themselves. The love of power may sink too deep in their own hearts.” Daniel Webster
Since every move these Globalists make is another knife in our backs, I would be warning the senators and reps from each state, that the majority of their voters are not in favor of having this outside agency in charge of our health care. We need to push back like we should have pushed back in 2020. These attempts at globalization need to be nipped in the bud before they get off the floor. This has been the end game all along. Not caring for our health. It is just just another area that will be under the direct control of an outside agency. And it isn’t even necessary. We can call in experts for consultations if there is a health problem in any area and we need to figure out what caused it. Is it communicable? If there is a medicine or ‘god forbid’ another vaccine for it, have we done our homework on it to verify that the ‘cure' isn’t more deadly than the disease.
