Dear RM Agents and Readers,

There was an icemaker in it I never used but could not get the wires out. My girlfriend also could not pull a little part in the back that connects wires to shut it down, the noise had become terrible.

I do have a refrigerator in the garage and am using it for the main of things, I threw out some things I would have other wised saved and unplugged the refrigerator in the home. The refrigerators are exactly the same, brand, model and size, your small basic refrigerator.

The person downstairs is attempting to make it look like I'm the brute. After my dog was given an almost lethal dose of medicine, God help me bring her back, mouth to mouth for my little shih tzu and lots of rubbing and massage for about 12 hours. When she stopped breathing and her heart stopped I was holding her and so started mouth to mouth immediately, I do Thank God For That!

That night and other I have blocked her downstairs, she pushed me hard, I was scared and didn't know what to do. The home is small and has one bathroom. Whether I've had guests or something else where it is blocked, I have my handy bucket. I would not ask anyone to do something I would not do.

The person downstairs has full access to the kitchen upstairs and used to cook occasionally, not a lot but her choice of foods is typically top ramen, does have some protein drinks. She has a small refrigerator downstairs in her room, as well as a microwave.

I do not cook with a microwave but placed one in my kitchen cupboard because the other person that wants to take my home wanted it there, so I obliged for when they were here. I have but plugged it in for someone else a couple times when asked.

There is an area outside where her room is that we placed a table in to do puzzles and I did these with her on occasion. She has had the ability to clean the room outside hers and use the space.

If it would have been me, there were so many things that could have been done to increase the appeal of the area. I told her I would help her, but she didn't care. When I finally did a thorough spring cleaning this fall, there was an inch of dust on some of the stuff down there, it was awful. Before she moved in I cleaned down there once a month, no one would go down there but myself and I wiped the dust and vacuumed once a month.

I have notified an attorney and am working towards resolving this situation, if the attacks continue I will do what I have to do to protect my animals and myself.
