Dear RM Agents and Readers,

Please visit the site for a bit more, I've been having difficulties posting information. My phone is doing crazy things it shouldn't and why I turned my land line on again even though finances are slim.

I have created a place for my dogs upstairs in the living room,
the home I live in has not much of a sub-floor. I'm in a 100 yr plus year old home and fixed a great deal up but not that as yet.

I will probably move before I get to that, I am being driven out of my home by these events as follows;

1 pesticide being sprayed to the point I am having difficulty smelling but it is not totally gone.

2 mice that were caught in round traps then set in the sun until they died and then placed in different places under & around the basement, the person doing this has very little smelling ability so it doesn't bother them.

3. my dog given overdose of ivermectin that would be blamed on me. Like many of you, I do use ivermectin, vitamins and herbs to help my animals and know how much to give. I was able to get her breathing again and then we were hit with the pesticide from below. I used charcoal on the two that have the most issues and then blocked it coming up but do have to run the heater. I have replaced the filters, already buying twice what I used to use in a normal winter.

4. my phone is disallowing phone calls to certain people and attorney's go figure. This is why my landline is now in place.

5. my underwear drawer has panties now that are a sickening yellow color as it seems something strange has been sprayed on them, liver of sulfur is my guess at this time.

6. I do believe if the person living below me were to get counseling such as cognitive behavioral counseling and remove the
psych meds that things could change, but this person spent two months in a facility of mental health and refused to say a word.

7. The person I'm speaking of owns 50% of the home in which I live, although I have been paying for their debt in order not to place the home in jeopardy. I have but one loan, my loan does not encumber the home and would be paid off by 3.5 years from this time. I got that loan to cover the person downstairs having 2 large dogs.

8. I have been asked 3 times to just sign over this home. I was used to bring someone to the area in which I live. I worked very hard over the summer to accomplish this goal. The whole time it seemed as if the person I was doing this for was attempting to make every step more difficult. The day I completed this, the person asked for me to sign over my 50%. A trailer had been purchased and we had considered placing a small home or larger if they wanted it on the property. I told the person they could do anything they wanted in the home (which I love it for the old fashioned way it is) figured if I lived longer I could always place it back to original or close there of. I placed my things in the trailer and after I had my things there, this person said they were going to sell the trailer.

It is important to note that this person had access to my bank account and had given me money as I was taking care of the person downstairs and also to help in their move. They attempted to give me the trailer 3 times and I just kept putting it aside not understanding what was taking place as I was attempting to move so fast as to get THEM moved. The last time I turned down the trailer they decided to sell it and said if I run the ad they would give me half the money.

It was at this time that I realized there was a scam going on and I was the brunt of the scam. I turned the running the ad proposition down. I said, let the person downstairs do the ad and so finally they did this. I heard the person downstairs speaking to a prospective buyer while obviously inebriated, I said nothing, not my problem.

The person selling the trailer called and complained about the person downstairs, I said not my problem. I want nothing to do with it. They complained about the ad and the way it looked. The person downstairs said they couldn't sell it for as much as was paid. I said not my area, I don't know. I did tell the person downstairs one time, maybe lower the price but call owner first and verify that it is acceptable. This ticked off the owner of said trailer and they went into a tizzy.

I wanted nothing to do with any of either person's crap by then and the owner of trailer said they would give it to another family member. I said OK. This infuriated them and they started screaming at me saying I had to take the trailer. I said, I didn't want anything to do with it. So they gave the trailer to the family memeber they were threatening me to give it to.

I was so glad it was gone and thought the dilemma was over. Then they started telling me the Conex which I allowed to be placed on my property was mine. I said, oh no, I don't want it. They again started screaming at me why I had to take it. I said no, in fact come get the damn thing. I had placed the locks on for the person initially and was now placing things the person had given me into the conex, lots and lots of things. Many things that had a high value tags (well I'm on limited funds) so high is 100's of dollars worth.

I didn't want anything to do with this person by then and had cut off contact. It was told by the person downstairs that I was doing something in the Conex. I was. I was putting stuff back in. If they have removed it, that is on them, I doubt that they had time but am unsure.

I have basically been a prisoner in my home because when I leave the person downstairs trashes the place, and I'm getting very tired.

The police were called once when they the person downstairs had sprayed a great amount of pesticide, so the police smelled it. The appraiser smelled it, the prospective buyer smelled it. They called the police because they heard two loud noises and it was me moving a dresser. I did let them in and it was a scary experience because of what happened in Colorado but unlike then
I was allowed to stay in the home I pay for as well as the utlities I pay for. I did the same in Colorado but they took me based on a created lie. Colorado is a Democrat run state and Utah is a Republican run state.

A few days went by and I smelled a match being lit downstairs, the person does not smoke, nor do I. I thought perhaps a candle but after figured they were just testing to see if I could still smell?

Two days later, I smell a gas leak, quite early in the morning, had planned on going to town that day and was going to make a hurry up trip to the post office to pick up the new heater filters.

I smelled gas and had been smelling it off and on for a few days, by now I was getting headaches and rarely get them so this raised my concern. I called the gas company and was getting my animals out and told the person downstairs they needed to evacuate.

They refused, said they didn't smell anything. I said call the person that was attempting to give me the trailer and get out and get your animals out there is a problem. They refused. So I called the police as I knew a few days before they had lit a match, hence my concern as well as the person and their animals.
The lighting of the match was documented in an email I sent to someone.

The gas company came and I had the doors flung wide open, they checked upstairs where I thought it might be coming from and as they were finishing up the cops and fire dept had showed up.

One angry cop starts telling me about wasting services. First, I never called the first time. He takes the other nice policemen and the fire truck away. Then they discover the leak it was from downstairs, it was small but it was there. The gas company guys say women are 90% of those that smell the leaks. The gentleman fixed the leak which was coming from a heater and a rusted pipe, they plugged it and everything is OK there in that area.

The person downstairs didn't smell it, also a woman but has told me they were jabbed. I really don't know what the truth is from this person at this time but know they eat horribly, despite my efforts to help change that.

Last night the pesticide smell started again and I became frantic,
I had been sleeping on the kitchen floor to protect my female dog that now refused to be in the living room. I knew she was smelling more than I was at the time. Hopefully the enclosure I have created will keep us safe upstairs. I would leave but am limited with funds. I am praying with friends, praying by myself, I pray a lot that this situtation will be resolved before one of us is dead.

Keep in mind my dogs are older, but Shih tzu's usually have a longer life span. Mine were very healthy until after this summer when things just kept spiraling out of control (it seems to have been by design).

I can accept a natural death of an animal, it is hard and painful but I can accept it but deliberate cruelty is not OK!!!
