PLEASE STOP SELLING ILLUSIONARY BULL SHIT.

I am simply amazed, that the gullibility and the ignorance of anybody believing the bullshit represented in these so-called public documents.

1. Anyone with half a brain knows that, in order for a public document to be validated and considered public record, the alleged issuing office being identified along with the issuing officer, must be represented on the document. No identification of the office issuing a document = no valid public document.

2. In order for any security agreement to be validated and considered as value in any manner whatsoever, the contract, causing the security to be issued, along with the identification of parties to that contract, must be in Evidence. No contract in evidence, nor even referenced = no valid security could ever be recognized.

3. Identification of the parties, and the obligations and the benefits accrued under a contract must be represented in every security ever issued in order to be valid. No obligations of the parties and the legal relationship requiring performance being in Evidence = no valid or valuable or recognizable positions created.

CONCLUSION: the credibility of the individuals that put out this kind of BS is very, very simple to check.
Simply look at the statutes and administrative actions allowing these kind of documents to be created and considered valid public record.
Anyone being too lazy to simply read the statutes and the administrative regulations applying the statutes, deserves what they get.

ILLUSION of a sick mind attempting to destroy my country and life by misleading, deceptive practices represented in the article.
