An insightful new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin pledging: “The African continent is becoming one of the pillars of a new multipolar world, and Russia will do everything in its power to help it prosper”, says this pledge to the Black peoples of Africa long tyrannically subjugated by the socialist Western colonial powers comes ahead of the opening tomorrow of the Russia-Africa Summit in St. Petersburg, about which Kremlin presidential spokesman Yury Ushakov revealed to the 49 nations in Africa attending: “The high rate of participation confirms Africans desire to strengthen ties with our country, no matter the circumstances...Our president will make a major statement and assess the current state of the system of international relations, including in the formation of a new world order, which is based on the principle of multipolarity and equality of all independent states”.

Shortly after President Putin signed into law the Digital Ruble designed to aid the creation of a new multipolar world free from socialist Western colonial tyranny, this report continues, the Pentagon announced another security assistance package for Ukraine worth $400 million, including air defense and anti-tank missiles—an announcement quickly followed by Ambassador Anatoly Antonov most factually declaring: “The actions by Washington, which continues to pump its Ukrainian puppets with weapons, are beyond morality and common sense…While Washington seeks to portray itself as Kiev’s selfless benefactor, in practice it only strives for more human suffering and deaths...One can be sure that missiles and munitions, paid for with billions of dollars from the pockets of American taxpayers, will ruin cities, litter fields with unexploded ammunitions, maim and mutilate...How many more American Bradleys must burn for the US leadership to finally realize that attempts to defeat our country on the battlefield will lead to only one thing – the inglorious defeat of Russophobes?”.
