Totally disagree with you about the ultimate message and purpose of the Bible when interpreted literally, if you know how to do so, which in my opinion would require, in addition to reading the Bible prayerfully, listening to a lot of different Biblical scholars and speakers, like Chuck Missler, just for starters.

I am not evangelical, btw, but Orthodox. Try reading John Chrysostom and some of the early Church writers. Actually taking the Bible literally implies a need for deep humility and love for everyone. Humility is the main path towards God, which is why repentance is so important. What you are saying is the reverse of the truth.

As well, you are assuming a LOT when you say that the Bible copies from any other texts--it is probably the reverse, given the nature of spiritual warfare (if you don't believe in a supernatural agency to world events than you are already walking blind) and the fact that the Bible begins with the words: "In the beginning". There is no other book on the planet like the Bible, as encoded, as predictive, as true and poetic and literal and sweeping.

Let's not forget that when Alexander the Great went to India, there was no great civilization nor bustling cities. Consider the many coincidences with the Chinese language and the Bible--youtube "Bible encoded in the Chinese Langauge". For 2500 years before buddhism, China was a MONOTHEISTIC culture.

I can go on, but just wanted to raise the b.s. flag on your post because it is false (not that I trust Trump--he probably believes everything you wrote).
