Entire RV gets held up because Abadi wants minor changes within Iraq regulations?

This is why the RV didn't happen over the weekend according to Tony and DC's latest intel.

Well it sure seems coincidental that the US doesn't have to take the blame for this latest hold up, right?

Didn't we get played this same hand of cards a few months back when Abadi had the RV reigns handed over to him and we were told he was the hold up back then too?

It's the same hand of cards with just slightly different circumstances. Just enough of a difference to stop people from questioning it, right?

I find this latest excuse impossible to swallow because Abadi has been trying to trigger this RV for months with the USA slamming it down each and every time but now I'm expected to believe the complete opposite?

That the US gets to slip past this latest agreement with no repercussions because Abadi wants to change some small internal banking regulations and force some people within Iraq to come to the banks and receive "cash" for their Q-cards and rations cards?

What was the reason for trying to make the Iraqi banking system go electronic in the first place? To stop the bad people from gaming their system.

Oh, but now they want to go back to what they did before and deal with cash in these particular cases?

Do you see why this whole scenario sounds so implausible?

First it's the US then it Iraq then it's the US then it's Iraq again?

It's like a game of volleyball and whoever has the ball is the culprit stalling the RV?

And to top it off, were given such a pitiful excuse that should have been figured out years ago, oh, but they just remembered it now?

I believe someone is lying to us all. Dinarland is being lied to, Tony and DC are being lied to and their intel team are being lied to.

So the only thing left to ponder here is what lie will we hear next, if we pass these next dates Tony and DC just gave us in this latest call, (just like we passed them all from the last 2 weeks).

What will be the next excuse for no RV be? The toilet paper was installed backwards?

If it feels like were being played for suckers, it's probably because it's likely we are.

It's not that the RV cannot be triggered, it's the fact were being forced to deal with politicians here.
