Remember, just because someone did some jail time, doesn't mean they were wrong.

It is common, for the US corporate administrative CONstruct, known as the legal system, to ignore the law and throw you in jail anyway.

You can know the law inside and out, and perform properly, convey idea properly, and still be talking to a wall.

I met Irwin Schiff's girlfriend right before they stuffed here in a jail cell too. She had also done what others are supposedly not supposed to do. She, like Irwin, had read the IRS code from cover to cover. There are some of us who do put in the effort to untangle the spaghetti mess of revised statutes, that are specifically designed to confuse the uninitiated.

Even then, knowing their game means nothing, because they will change the rules in the middle of that game.

You are not going to be able to oppose the corruption individually without being attacked, or damaged in some manner. You are not going to be able to lie on your back like an inferior dog, belly up, and regain or maintain your freedom. That pouncing rabid dog will seek to eat out your soft tissues, regardless of whether or not you lick the hand that appears to feed you, or get angry and oppose it with legal means or violence.

The legal system is a tool, that is used to compel your behavior into being a slave. The judges get a pay check that is signed by the state. The state is a parasitical construct. It is THE tool of enslavement. The fact that the state signs the paycheck of the judge, that is supposed to be non-biased, should give a clue, as to the reality of what you are dealing with. There cannot be a fair trial. The judge, the prosecutor, the clerks, the cops, and all other law enforcement are paid by the state.

When the founding document for the establishment of the government, that "gives" authority to perform the few delegated tasks, are routinely ignored, and the daily actions and behavior clearly goes against the limits that accompanied that delegated authority, what choice do you have, but to come to the conclusion that you are dealing with scumbags, who are not going to play by the rules, or fairly.
