That article making reference to Pete Hendrickson will get a lot of people in trouble if they heed his advice and do his method regarding taxes.

Pete went to jail and lost his case and many others did also. Those who requested a refund in the beginning and got one and for most got attacked by the IRS for the return of the check the IRS wrote them plus interests. A lot of those people who claimed a refund whose refunds were posted in Pete's book tried later on to get him to remove their name. He did not and of course all the IRS had to do to get their names was to go to his book. They had the names before of course but they don't remember sometimes who files what kind of return.

Pete served his couple years but is back at it again and while I admire his tenacity, a lot of his followers believed his methods were legitimate and they would not get attacked. Larry Becraft says his methods have fallacies and therefore like Irwin Schiff who is still in prison does not have the complete answer.
