The handsome young French politician Emmanuel Macron (39) and his handsome and not so young wife Brigitte Trogneux (64) are married for ten years. At pre-election gatherings people scandalize her name, follow her at the rate, even give him advice. But at the beginning of their relationship it was not all that ideal. Brigitte's family of prominent chocolates from the north of France (now specializing in macaroni production) did not first approve of her relationship with Macron, the Independent writes.

They met at the La Providence private school in Amiens. She was an extroverted professor of Latin, French and drama groups. Blond beauty like Brigitte Bardot was married to a local banker since her twenties.

He was 15 when he was already reading works by French literary greats like André Gidea. They met when the 15-year-old Macron played the main role in the school play, by Milan Kundere Jacques and his master. The shot from one of their performances shows that the young professor was in love with all the students, so also young Emmanuel.

At first, completely innocent, she asked the mother of three grandparents if they could overlap the text, expand some parts to put 15 new roles. After completing the work on the show, they continued to look every Friday.

Brigitte subsequently admitted: "Little by little, his intelligence gained me, I have not yet studied all its depths." Among them was the electrical charge, the fellow citizens could see how long they walked along the canal.

"I felt like I was falling, and he too," Brigitte said. According to interviews with French newspapers, it is evident that love eventually won everything. The married teacher told the teenager she had to leave her, and their small town Amiens, to finish schooling in Paris.

"By 17, Emmanuel told me 'Whatever he did, I'll marry you!' Love carried everything with me and led me to divorce, "Brigitte told Paris Match last year.

In October 2007, 21 months after being divorced from banker André Louise Auzière, then 54-year-old Brigitte and 29-year-old Emmanuel married in Le Touquet, where they lived.

She wore a white short dress, and her wealthy family had accepted young Macron until then. The groom did not forget to thank the children of their wife "because they like them as they are."

"Emmanuel said that we would shut our mouths in this way," Brigitte remembers with a smile. For all these years the woman does not conceal the admiration for her husband. He described it as "a figure from another planet, possessing a combination of rare intelligence and extraordinary humanity, a philosopher who became a banker and a politician," said Brigitte.
