It's an age-old saying, for sure, that nobody wants to hear and implement, because

That requires facing up to the truth of our Life.

Which means - taking personal responsibility - for all our actions and their consequences - a very bitter pill to swallow.

All the rest of our emotional outbursts, rantings, accusations, frustrations, hate etc., etc.,

Directed towards others, 'out there',

Is a total waste of time and energy.

Which leads precisely to ZERO change in our own PERSONAL lives, well-being and world.

When we realize this, at a personal level, and

When we all start to work on this simple truth,

The 'world at large', would change into a 'paradise', in 'the blink of an eye'.

I am not holding my breath for THAT 'world change' to happen anytime SOON,

So I prefer creating my OWN world, beginning with ME!
