Highlights of Tony's CC. Will update as call progresses- Sunny

Tony opened with a moving letter from an individual in South Africa.

Tony: I don't work for the government. I don't work for any dealer. None of them have paid me. . . I don't get paid to sell dinar. . . Don't own a dinar site and don't make 1 penny off any dinar sales anywhere in the world! . . . I do it because of the letter I just read.

Tony: They have asked us to do some things yes . . . doing it because it helps you guys. . . I don't work for anybody. . . they are so out of our world . . . they don't know the price of milk."

Wed. RV Release: - IMF approved it. BIS said release it. Iraq tried to process it at 2:00 am Wed. and held up again by same people who said they would not interfere. Excuse to hold it up this time was so people would not have to work over Thanksgiving. People who were scheduled to exchange and flew to do so, sat in hotel rooms over Thanksgiving. Some had turkey dinner in their hotel rooms.

IRAQ has full authority to do this and telling their people will be completed by Dec. 1st. Problem is if they do it, it will be disruptive and convoluted. I would not be the same smooth transition as it would be if the US lets it go through. It could take 20 days to go around the world rather than 10 minutes.

Tony says, now they are saying, “they don't care if the US wants to screw their people but stop screwing the rest of the world.”

Exchanging: exchanging people today and scheduled to be exchanged throughout the weekend.
BIS meeting today to find solution to this being released.
Contract Rate: T says he doesn’t know the criteria for the contract rate but feels it will come out. Contract rate was still paid on Wed.
Good news: People scheduled for exchange on Monday and next Friday, Iraq saying be completed by Dec. 1st, people scheduled to work exchanges and call centers.
Banks: the 800# was supposed to come out you tell them which bank you want to go to. That has changed. Wells Fargo will take anybody/everybody. The other banks can pick and choose whom they will want for a client. Otherwise it depends on our WM. My understanding from the call is with the exception of WF, it's up to the bank if you can exchange with them. Tony: "This process has changed many times. Could change tomorrow or already changed."
Exchange Procedure: Both Tier 1 & 2: People going in are offered a rate and agreeing to it and get access to 10% of the balance, up front before they walk out. If you exchange for $300,000 you get $30,000 that day. Then within 72 hours set up appt's with a wealth manager. The WM can raise the rate if you leave it there for a longer time, 6 months, or can give you more based on time and amount you leave in their bank. A different bank may offer different terms for a higher rate.
800# for appointments only. Will be “one” number” and Tony expects it will go to the region your calling from. It is not for the rate.
Tony: “This is a truth type call - Could still happen.” Possible it could go through today or another selected date. Some banks have scheduled people to come in Monday and some next Fri. Tony says it could happen at any moment, just question will/when they do it. Does not make sense to him they are holding up the whole world. People are confident it could go – exchange centers and banks scheduled makes people confident it will happen.

T our position is as long as we are still in the process, and we are right now; then nothing we can do about when they do it. Unless only reason they are not doing it is to remove us or delay us.

When a call questioned if them letting us exchange Tony said, “we have a plan.”

Tony – No one paying us to explain this process to you. Hope we are doing the right thing for you guys to make this as smooth as possible . . . and once you do get it you can . . . make it last more than 6 months or a year. Still hearing it could go this weekend. It’s not based on anything else. HCL approved. . . We know their mind set is changing and they are ready to go. TV announcing every day “economic reform underway and will be completed by Dec. 1st. . . making it as publicly as they can around the world, they are absolutely ready to go. . . don’t be negative . . . sad. Could go at any moment. Rates still there, still exchanging people . . . right this moment. All good news this could happen.
