Just wondering if you know the ins and outs of Vitamin in in pill form???? I used it once long ago; don't recall the kind but it made me feel horrible. So have been leery ever since; and spent 3

Just barely noticed myself so wanted to bring it forward.

PS I have removed benedryl from my nights and am getting some more healing. It was so bad when it began, the pain(from being poisoned), OMG, I could feel when a cell filled up to almost popping literally and now it is going back to normal and the worst seems to be over. Yet, I'm still a ways from my goal.

Reading what Prince did on denial of water and food reminded me of lessons gone by as well. I thank Prince posthumously for that and am sure much of what he did in his life will be known to those of us who will not let the good works of others die. Just like the naturopaths; right now NaturalWisdom has been making sure to keep us apprised. The microbiologists whose work sceams about what was done to those of us that suffer now.

Focus on the healing and not the suffering as much as you can.
