DO YOU REMEMBER THAT COUNTY FAIR GAME CALLED "WACK-A-MOLE?

Well that what this RV feels like doesn't it? First we are told that some within the Obama admin. are the ones who keep holding this whole RV process up months ago then Iraq is given the reigns and we're told they have the ability to trigger this RV event.
But it never happened. Then we are told that Iraq really didn't have control of the RV event after all and that "other interests", were really holding it up elsewhere.
So now fast forward to about a month ago when we are told once again that it's the US who is holding the RV up for whatever reason, (excuses)and that Iraq has revalued their Dinar currency, (in country), where it's been a kind of hodge podge of irregular currency values going on in Iraq despite the government of Iraq has officially made it as clear as water that the Iraqi Dinar is and has been revalued several times at 3.58 to their own public and outside government interests.
We know this must be true because for the past 3 weeks certain tier level 1 banks have been secretly exchanging peoples Dinar here in the US as well as around the world by the tens of thousands and perhaps even in the hundreds of thousands.
But now currently Iraq, we are told, has the "RV trigger control ball", in their court, once again? We were told over last weekend of the 15th and 16th of Nov. we'd have an international RV'd Dinar currency on forex screens by then and what has happened?

Nothing, that's what happened. Abadi was supposed to have announced the RV for the Iraqi Dinar to go officially international and he didn't do what he claimed he was going to do. Is it any wonder why he's losing face in the eye's of the Iraqi people. As soon as he's given the chance to trigger the RV he fails to do just that and we are told there are umpteen checks and balances that only now they have thought of to check? Really?
Does this not sound a lot like what the US was saying when they were holding up this RV? Wack a mole down and another pops up.
So, what excuse will we hear if this RV does not go through by the end of this coming weekend? What kind of "Whack-a-mole" excuse will we be told about when or if this RV doesn't happen for the billionth time?
That 4 billion dollar fine the US got from the UN for delaying the RV seems not to have deterred the US from playing this game of "Whack-a-mole" and I suspect they handed this problem off to Iraq to see what kind of delay they can conjure up to keep this game going.
See how that game of "Wack-a-mole", works? As soon as we're told we had one gopher's head smacked down, another one keeps popping up.
As Tony and DC keep saying, give them enough time and they'll think up another excuse to keep delaying this RV. I'm wondering if these governments are trying to see if we'll start to run out of hammers because they seem to have an unlimited supply of gophers.
