It is so sad that we have been conditioned to the point of debating which definition of fraud and extortion is the correct definition for the fraud and extortion game.

This is exactly the fear of what I see in suddenly giving people true liberty.

Most will not know what to do.

It is like the caged animal who has spent their entire existence, from birth to adulthood, in a cage.

Even though you swing the cage door wide open, the animal will not leave the cage because in the caged mind of the animal, anything outside of the cage is out of the animals comfort zone they have been conditioned into.

It is then a case where the animals own false belief system becomes their own personal prison.

Anna Von Reitz is incorrect in her definitions of the two documents regarding nativity of a human child.

The 'given names' are those of an infant, however, with the family name being called a 'sur' name/primary name, it is fiction (nom de guerre - name as a corporate member.

An adult human is a non-physical mind existing within a human body/vessel, and being non-physical, cannot have a label/identifying name imposed upon it.

The all caps spelling, regardless its use on the short form, only signifies a debtor or collateral pledged in bankruptcy.

It has nothing to do with the legal name fictionalizing of a person name.

Relative to an infant/child, they remain a body/property until the age of majority, thus, they can have a label or identifying name - a vessel under construction until launched on the sea of life with a supreme captain/mind in command of the mature human.
