Registering that NAME with the Secretary of State of Minnesota should be a top priority with everyone.

MN is the only state with the correct wording in the registration.

The cost is $50.00 for the Assumed Name Certificate [ANC] and $15.00 for the Certificate of Good Standing [Existence and Registration Certificate(ERC)]

Once this is done, you, the living man/woman will be documented as the Registered Owner.

[Most]everyone received a Birth Certificate for their kids. The problem is the failure of the parents to register that BERTH NAME within 7 years. After 7 years it becomes "lost at sea" and considered abandoned property.

As soon as you register that DBA NAME, it is no longer abandoned and no one else has the legal right to use it.

If they do, and they PROFIT from it, that $$$$ is yours and they MUST turn it over to you or else you will file a "Claim of Trespass" against them for using that DBA NAME without permission/license from you.

The local policy enforcers [police] leave me alone but there have been reports from others that if you get pulled over, just give them your DBA NAME registration paper and they will let you go.

They are aware that they are only charging the business entity, not you, and if it gets to court you will be asking the prosecutor for his DBA NAME registration.

He/she won't have one.

You will be the ONLY one in that courtroom with standing as you will be the only one legally registered to use that DBA NAME.

THEY are NOT registered, THEY have no standing to be in that courtroom. They are all there with "unclean hands".

File the DBA NAME registration into all of your old court cases.

Just think of what will happen if you were sent to jail or put on probation in the past.

YOU were never charged in the first place.

Your DBA NAME was charged but you were held as surety for the charges since you were using that NAME illegally [unregistered business].

By registering, you have EVIDENCE that you are NOT that NAME.

You are the Registered Owner/Nameholder. The Title is now split.

You hold Equitable Title and the State holds Legal Title.

This is where Public Resolution 73-10 comes in which is another subject altogether, even though they're all linked.
