Yes, I too was under the assumption:

1. That the 1789 organic constitution was suspended/dissolved due to the fact it never reconvened.

2. We were under the War Powers Act as enemies in a state of war.

3. And then more recently in 1933 with the combination of the Trading with the Enemy and the Emergency Banking Relief Act it made us further prisoners of war, enemies of the state under a military government and courts martial etc.

Now how that is turned around I think we need to repeal the trading with the enemy and emergency banking acts, empower states rights, as the Texas governor is attempting to do, and we start doing some of the things judge Anna is doing and take back over the country as we see things starting to happen now.
